I took my vehicle there to get serviced and to my surprised I needed a new engine, lucky it was covered under warranty. Since then, I have had NOTHING but trouble with management and my vehicle. My check engine light continued to come on even after being "serviced" multiple times. The last time was about 2 weeks ago and when I got my vehicle back, 2 days later I noticed that my check engine light did not glow upon starting my car. I immediately called Infiniti to try and get my car back in to see why that is( I don't know if the light is blown or if it was removed). Today when I called to try and get my car serviced for the check engine light, I was told by Jason that I was not welcomed back there and that my service was no longer needed. I have been with the Infiniti family for over 6 years and have NEVER had any issues or problems with an employee there. Even up until today, I have never raised my voice or yelled at anyone there, so to be told that I was not welcomed there makes me wonder what the real issue at hand is. Jason is the same person that called me a liar and accused me of getting toll tickets on a loaner that I had for a couple of days while they serviced my vehicle. Upon further research, he realized that I was not the person that had got the tickets even though I told him numerous times that it wasn't me. He didn't even apologize to me. At this point to be told that I am not welcomed there, I am taking it VERY PERSONAL because not only am I a woman, I am a BLACK WOMAN that has been getting treated with nothing but disrespect from Infiniti of Syracuse since they have on- boarded new employees.

I had a 2009 ML63 was being held hostage at Contemporary Motor Cars Inc. at 100 Oceanport Ave, Little Silver, NJ since April 2019. This dealership has since been caught making misleading and deceptive statements in order to have me pay them extra money. All done in an attempt to force me to pay over $12,000 for parts as well as a replacement transmission they stated in writing was needed. In short, I went to have a transmission control module re programmed for $330 and was overcharged with an email explaining a $3600 bill that was never agreed on. Dealership "So far we have booked a total of Parts and labor $3615.80 on this repair, because of the way we worked on the vehicle". Then being told I needed to pay more money for a new valve body and then another $7,000+ for a new transmission. Unbelievable situation for company such as Mercedes Benz to put a customer through. I spoke with Joe from Benwood Auto and ordered a 722.9 valve body as instructed by mechanic because I refused to pay $1500 from mercedes for a new part I knew was not needed. Joe sends it out to me and it arrives a few days later. Contemporary Motor Car's mechanic Dale, tells me it is incorrect. This is after I had taken screen shots in front of this mechanic to confirm it was the right valve body. I am just told it is too bad and I need to reorder the right part. I call Joe and give him new details about what is being requested. They find the next valve body and send it out immediately. Here was the shocker........ Joe did not want to charge me for the second valve body and told me he understood what I was going through with this situation. I was just asked to send back what ever valve body they did not use. The dealership kept my ML63 for several weeks and in the end, I had to pay them for work that they lied about performing. They ended up giving me back a car that was not operational. It drove perfectly before giving it to the dealership. When I got it back, I was told it needed a new transmission. I took it to get inspected by another transmission specialist, to find that the dealership had lied and the original valve body was in perfect working order, as was everything else Contemporary Motor Cars had stated in writing needed replacing. Total fraud!!!!!! So I was left with 2 valve bodies that have not been installed and are still in the boxes they arrived in. I was so grateful for Benwood Auto Parts help, that I sent both valve bodies back. They insisted on giving me a refund but I explained that for the amount of time and effort they gave me, I would not accept any refund. These guys paid for shipping on both valve bodies to be sent to me and then they paid for both to be returned. I have never seen customer service at this level and if you are looking to buy parts for your vehicle, I cannot recommend this company any higher. Instead of cutting me some slack on the price of the battery seeing that I just paid over 2 grand to get my transmission replaced, they made me pay full price for the battery and having to sit and wait there for nearly an hour for it to get delivered and for them to get it replaced. Also ever since I got my car back I have been having electrical issues with it. Even though bringing up the issue to them, they said that they didn't touch anything electrical while it was there.
