I went to Amazon, then Autozone and then NAPA over the weekend and couldn't get the part I needed. The last two said they COULDN'T get it! So, I stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts on Juan Tabo late yesterday and they didn't have it in stock either ... but they DID have it in town and promised it would be here in the morning. (Honestly, I don't know why a simple little thing - an OEM wiper blade - is apparently so hard to get!) True to their claim, the staff here at this O'Reilly location got the part this morning. I just put it on my car. Ohhh...Sorry if you needed it and it's the last one in Albuquerque! Definitely recommend this location for auto needs.

It's the furthest from my house, but I'm not even tempted to stop at one of the others on the way. Recently, I need a car battery - like asap - and I called at 7:30pm and spoke to an excellent customer service representative named Jacob. He said they closed at 9, but they had my battery in stock and if I could head over in time, he would be happy to install it. It was dark and cold - Albuquerque in January - so I asked if he'd prefer I come in the next day when it was light. He said he wasn't working the next day and wasn't sure if anyone who was could do a battery install. It was so nice of him to let me know that! So I drove over and he had my old battery out and my new one in, lickity-split! (And I have a funny Italian car with odd size bolts, too.) Overall, it was such a positive experience, I would always go back there for car needs in the future. They are also a UPS drop point, and I have taken packages there, which has been convenient, as they have longer hours than the official UPS stores.
