The online loan did not go smooth due to delays on their end, they also cut the amount I requested in half. I called them on the 3rd business day and they suggested we cancel that transaction and I go to their closest store, which was the east main location. When I walked in the blond lady greeted me immediately and asked how she could help me. I was the only customer at that time. She quickly checked the proofs I brought, fired up about 20 pages for me to sign, approved 25% more $ than the website, and had me walking out the door in less than 20 mins cash in hand. While I was signing there were several customers who came in, she knew every single one of them by name. If I owned a business and needed someone to make my customers know they made the right decision by coming to me this girl would be working beside me and getting paid what she is worth. She is certainly the best "retail" employee I have had the pleasure of doing business with in a very long time. She didn't waste a second of mine, yet didn't rush me which as a new customer I appreciated, these type loans are very expensive and I did compare rates between a few companies. This location also does car title loans. The only negative I ran into is that your payments must be made at that store and in person, no online available. I hope I don't have a need for this type of loan again but if I do and "The Blond" is still in charge I'll drive an hour to give them my business.

I called to see what time this location closed and they told me 8pm. I arrived to this location at 730 pm august 22nd 2017 and Tasha was there. this was my first time every going to this place and the impression that Tasha left me with made me not want to deal with the company as a whole. as I was saying, I got to this location at 730 and Tasha decided that she would be lazy and told me that I could fill out an application but would have to come back tomorrow to finish the process. yet when I asked Tasha why she stated that she didn't feel like leaving late. she said that she usually tells customers to come before 730, when I explained to Tasha that I am a customer and I was told that they closed at 8pm and that I could do a installment loan she said she was the only one closing and that if she did my application she would have leave late. now in the back of my mind I thought to myself you came into this job knowing this, that just because you decide to be lazy does not grant you the opportunity to be lazy and decide what you will and will no do. due to this reason I am going to write corporate about this matter. I was highly upset yet because I came before they closed and ms Tasha could only say to me that she didn't feel like closing late. well ms Tasha that is not my problem. you should have chose a different shift I will be calling her boss and her bosses boss. and if the situation is not handled I will be calling corporate back to back. you should never tell a customer that you don't feel like closing late so they have to come back tomorrow when your sign says open silly rabbit. please folks you can be treated better by different people. my two year old son has better manners then ms Tasha. take it from me. its a shame that customers whom are paying hundreds of dollars have to deal with unprofessional people like Tasha. this is my first review about this location and it wont be my last. what people fail to realize is that you never know who you are dealing with. and a bad impression is always remembered more than a good one

I raised the hood to show her that the motor gets WAXED regularly and tried to show her the like new interior ( minus a 6" tear on seat) she didn't look for more than 60 seconds and when her cell phone rang she sprinted inside, with my paperwork in hand. She tossed my papers on the counter as she continued out of site on her obviously person phone call. Let me say I get that this type of business certainly has guidelines they must adhere to, I've read the repo rate is very high. I've turned down a real offer of 4k for this truck, yes there are $700 versions out there, but there are also 2 listed in Columbus over 10k and 4 more over 8k, same year make and model. I'm not emplying mine has that much value but it's worth and will bring $4500 ( it's NOT for sale). My point is she didn't even ask me what I was trying to do ($2-300) which certainly poses no risk for them, and her method of valuation which she said the HIGH book is $700 is ridiculous. I had to follow her back in the store, reach over the counter to retrieve my papers, and she was still on that call when I left. I don't know anything about this business but if they continue to run it the way I saw she is only going to need to be concerned about the value of HER car and no one else's. I handed her my title and introduce myself because I worked in customer service for 15 years! That's generally what you do is introduce yourself but anyways. This lady never got out of her chair the second I handed her my title she said let me guess you're here for " buchu's of money" your car engine lights probably on, your interior is probably dirty, this was it within 30 seconds of meeting me !! she straight humiliated me! I said actually , no I'm not looking for this buchu's of money I'm only asking for $200 to help me get it until I can get my paycheck. After being humiliated ! I kind of cut her off and said just give me my title back in my paperwork.. I thanked her for her time. I would never in my life recommend going to this place! However I would recommend going down to the corner of Brice and Livingston to a young lady named Asia at LOAN MAXX!!!! I walk straight in with tears in my eyes telling her the way I was just treated less than 10 minutes ago...The difference is Asia at LOAN MAXX Actually got up out of her chair walked out to my car talk to me like I was human and guess what I walked out with $400! So take that !! I wish I knew that lady's name she was one the rudest person I have ever encountered 15 years of customer service! A little piece of advice maybe you should take her chair away from her and teach her how to be humble. People fall on hard times you're there to run a business !!
