I had to stop into the bank today to do some business. Waited in line and was called up to the…read moreteller that became available. Her name was Angela. Funny thing is that I worked for Huntington for 26 years and Angela is the FIRST person in a branch that asked me where I had worked in the bank. It was super refreshing to have a teller ask me about my time at Huntington. She will be my go to teller for future transactions even if I have to wait, it's worth it. Thanks Angela for making my day.

Told our salesperson that we were ready to purchase when we came back and got into the full swing of it. Went back to see Jack to run through finances with no issue. He was very informative and helpful guiding us through the process. Vehicle looked almost exactly the same as it did online and drove great. Had been on the lot for about 3 weeks and needed a wash. My salesman was great--friendly and professional--but everything changed when it was time to finalize the deal. Instead of simply providing the purchase agreement, the finance team pushed me to apply through them, insisting it wouldn't impact my credit. When I declined and stood firm on using my pre-approved financing, they suddenly refused to sell me the car. Apparently, because they couldn't make additional profit from the financing, my business was no longer valuable to them. They basically are not interested in selling you a car if they can't add unnecessary charges and fees--which SUCKS and is horrible customer service. I've heard of dealerships doing this, but experiencing it firsthand was eye-opening. The sales manager's dismissive attitude only made it worse. If you're financing through your own bank or credit union, be prepared for pushback. Also, be wary of their financing tactics--dealerships like this often mark up interest rates beyond what the bank offers to increase their profit. While the staff was pleasant on the surface, their approach to financing was nothing short of predatory. I can't recommend this place to anyone and will make sure others are aware of their practices.
