Great prices and great service. Would not go any where else for rebuilt alternators and starters. They have saved me a lot of money.

I'll start by saying I know very little about cars. So whenever I need to have mine serviced,…read morethere's always that little fear that I'm going to be told I need a bunch of things I don't actually need because I wouldn't know the difference. I can 100% say I never got that feeling at Revive. My aunt recommended them and had nothing but great things to say, so I decided to give them a call and have them check out my car. Sean was incredibly helpful from the beginning. Very service oriented, but never in a "let's see how much we can sell you while you're here" kind of way. He was straightforward, friendly, and made me feel like I could actually trust what I was being told. I had a multipoint inspection and oil change done, and they were also able to squeeze in another service I hadn't originally scheduled. I brought my own filters, and they installed those for free, which I really appreciated. I waited in their clean office while they worked on my car, set up my laptop, and was able to get some work done. Sean kept me entertained in between, so the whole experience was actually pretty enjoyable, which is not something I ever expected to say about taking my car to a mechanic. Then, completely unrelated to my appointment, my neighbor's battery died and we were trying to jump his car. Since apparently Sean is now my go-to person for all things automotive, I randomly messaged him for help. He absolutely did not have to respond, but he answered right away and walked me through it. We got my neighbor's car started, he made it to work, and I didn't catch anything on fire. So I'm calling that a win. That also told me a lot about Sean and the kind of business they run. There was nothing in it for him. He was just willing to help. The guys at Revive are friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable, and genuinely seem to care about taking care of their customers. Whether you know everything about cars or, like me, barely know what's happening under the hood, this is the kind of shop you want to have. They're honest, helpful, and make the whole experience easy. I highly recommend them, and I actually recommended them to someone else the same day they serviced my car. And when I drove away, my car was noticeably driving better. It felt happy, which made me happy. 10/10. I'll definitely be back.

The service area was clean and tidy. And, I was treated in a very professional manner. This repair shop was recommended to me by a friend who has had her car serviced by Pete for many years.

Before leaving the truck, I specifically told the person at the front desk, "Remember, this is an old truck. I am not looking to spend thousands of dollars on it. Please keep that in mind when you look at it." He looked at me and said, "I understand." Later, they called my father and told him the truck needed a completely rebuilt rear end, with a quoted repair cost of approximately $5,700. My father, not realizing how far that exceeded what I had discussed with the shop, initially authorized the work. As soon as I found out, I told him to stop and instructed the shop not to proceed with any repairs. A few days later, we had the truck towed to another repair shop. The repair was completed there for $2,495. That is a difference of more than $3,200. Based on my experience, I believe Drew Street Auto's repair pricing is far too high, and I was especially disappointed that the estimate completely disregarded the conversation I had with them before leaving the vehicle. I would not recommend this shop, and under the current ownership, I will not return.

The handling they proposed was to remove the windshield and get it replaced with a new joint. The price asked was between $200 and $750. I met Randy at Drew Street Auto Repair and he handled the problem in half an hour for a fraction of the above price. I really appreciated their care and professionalism. Thanks again.
