Under those circumstances, clear and consistent communication was absolutely critical. Several aspects of our experience stood out. First and foremost, the quality of the work was exceptional. The finished product is beautiful, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the entire house. Second, during the planning phase, Prime Design provided a comprehensive list of decisions we needed to make--from flooring and countertops to every light fixture and faucet. This created a clear roadmap for the project, helped us select items that complemented one another, and documented every choice along the way. As a result, there were no surprises when the project was completed. Finally, because we were still living out of state during much of the construction, regular communication was essential. Foolishly we went back and fourth with the companies "best guy" for months upon months, Four to be exact. We were given excuse after excuse as to why they hadn't shown up as well as inconsistent information on total cost. In November I called Jasmore Directly and expressed my concerns, I got an immediate and profuse apology from both them and subcontractor...and yet my project sits here unfinished. Please, learn from my mistake, save yourself both time and sanity and go with someone else!
