I was asked to provide serial numbers, etc, which I did. It has been 4 months, and still no call from this company. I can understand if they don't want to do my repair, just tell me so I can look for someone else. But to just string me along is just not acceptable. I called Sunpath Solar and the tech was here in less than a week and repaired the panel by himself. I didn't immediately blame the company because I was not sure what happened. I mentioned it to the guy that came to do the inspection a week after installation, he checked out my circuit breaker box and my dryer and says "it's some other problem, I don't know". Later I get an electrician to come check it out, and I find out that these aholes removed my dryer from the circuit breaker box and hid the cables, then lied about it when I brought it up. The funny thing is that if they had told me when they did, I would have been perfectly fine with it. I mentioned this to them after they texted me reminding me on my yearly inspection, and they say "I will run this by our people", a month later still nothing. These people are low class and very unprofessional.

Any good reviews for this business is only because they don't watch them during the construction. The siding is good, the installers are far from professional and knowledgeable. Pictures are of the side where the faucet was leaking for three days and the electric wires on the siding that were removed without turning the power off. Why would anyone like me go through the trouble of posting things like this unless it is to warn other people? The owner or whoever posts replies so you think I'm lying.
