They've been good about coming back but the last guy tried to charge me a service fee and I had to request he call his boss because we've had nothing but problems from day 1. The installation was rushed and not done properly. He forgot to give us our keys and had to come back. Our side door deadbolt came loose. Our front door keypad was half ass installed and missing screws and he left a hole in our door that you could see through. We've had someone out a few times to fix things and inspect what was done. Now, we've just realized our back keypad doesn't work. I put off doing a review because I thought everything was fixed but at this point If I spend almost $1000 with you it better be done right and it's not.

We met twice and after weeks of time passing they stated they actually could not provide the items we wanted. They are refusing to take on the security system, so I have to have a new security company install a new system. I do not recommend this company. When you install a security system it adds value to your home if you can transfer to a new homeowner.
