They've been good about coming back but the last guy tried to charge me a service fee and I had to request he call his boss because we've had nothing but problems from day 1. The installation was rushed and not done properly. He forgot to give us our keys and had to come back. Our side door deadbolt came loose. Our front door keypad was half ass installed and missing screws and he left a hole in our door that you could see through. We've had someone out a few times to fix things and inspect what was done. Now, we've just realized our back keypad doesn't work. I put off doing a review because I thought everything was fixed but at this point If I spend almost $1000 with you it better be done right and it's not.

He was very rude and wouldn't answer my questions when I opened the door and asked "what are you here for today? Do you have an appt?" He only kept asking to speak to homeowner. This arrogant attitude really irritated me. Had he just said "hi! I am selling vivant security systems" right off the bat it would have helped a lot and I would have politely said no thanks. But to be questioned by you when YOU are on MY DOORSTEP is ridiculous. So I have no choice but to believe this company is gross and has zero ability to understand clients.
