My partner needed a new laptop and had a good idea of what she wanted; the reason for buying it in…read moreSweden and not the UK or France is she wanted a Swedish keyboard On the first visit we met Morgan. He went through the alternatives as well as reviewing the model she had chosen in some detail; he said he had just received this model and a few of them came already Windows installed. He explained the Office options. A support option (though not fully 24/7) was available which she specifically wanted since she travels extensively. He could maybe do a little extra deal as well. All this in excellent English. We decided to check all this out with an IT friend first before returning - they thought it was a great deal We returned a couple of days later when Morgan was next due in but we were too early for him and so we saw William instead. He too was excellent and informative...we double checked all the info and did the deal As we were leaving, I mentioned that I needed a new keyboard/cover for my iPad and that Logitec no longer made a (great) device specific version but only produced a general one which I had recently bought from Amazon - and which frankly is terrible. He thought a moment then rummaged around and found another model made by Deltaco which was lighter and half the price - and while still a generic version worked a treat - even with a Swedish keyboard, since the latest Logitec one had many of the function keys in different places anyway so you had to learn where everything was in any event So good on William and he made another sale A great place to shop

They stocked a good level of most technology items from laptops to USB drives even with a small accessories and Apple section (phone cases, latest phones), household appliances too. The staff around the store didnt seem too friendly towards me as they were to other customers, probably after realising I'm a tourist - or perhaps this was the language barrier? The stock in store was pretty good but I do feel they could have had a better selection of high end gaming PC's, the best they had was the lowest model of a HP Omen which had an I5 processor. They also had phone cases for every Iphone apart from the companies flagship model at the time - XS Max. One of the best stores of its' kind in Stockholm but still it has many negatives, some bigger than others including being the only store in a mall ever where you have to queue at the narrow, horrible checkouts to leave the store - even if you don't buy anything! 3*

A true hidden gem amongst music store. Electric guitars, acoustic guitars, basses, cases, drums, percussion, synthesizers, DJ equipment, mixers, studio equipment, PA systems, cables and strings of all kinds - they got it all! The store is huge so they have arranged little chairs and sofas here and there to sit in while you try different instruments and amps out, super classy! This is now my go-to place for music equipment. Unless I'm buying it online from Thomann of course.

Wish they had this good quick & reliable service back in Sydney haha!!…read more Came here for the first time in December 2010, around the time when smart phones were getting popular & the non smart phones which were your old favorites were now alot cheaper :). Just got a basic Nokia with a sim card to keep in contact with all my family around Sweden & Finland :). Been back 2014 and now again May 2017, My last 3 visits I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes, you got to be happy about that :D!! Mum went somewhere in Huddinge back in 2014 to get soughted with a sim card & i don't know what the guy did but it was problem after problem .... took it to Soba after a couple weeks & he said the guy cut the simcard wrong & jammed it in the phone.. poor workmanship!! Took him about 20 mins to fix :) As soon as we got to my Mormors house yesterday my mum gives me her phone & says take it to your guy :D. He fixes computers aswell so early 2011 my morfars usb drive 1 of 2 on his laptop broke.. took to him & he said if it was desktop it would be a simpler fix but laptops are compact for a reason & everything is compressed & as one together.. so to fix it would of been about the same price as getting a new one.. advice was free of charge .. you can just imagine some places would probably of took it & opened it up & tell you what he said 2 days later at a cost ?! For anything Mobile or computer related I can't imagine going anywhere else :D!!!

And then they don't prepare your order! You can't get order status online. And again, they don't pick up the phone ... I had to wait 10 minutes outside and another 15 inside to get my order. So I am not really sure what this place is for. Ordering online and picking up is barely faster than ordering elsewhere and takes far more of your time.

It is well documented on the internet as well I realize now after the fact. Fine to buy cables and stuff I guess but I got an expensive screen there and it broke by the usb-c connector getting bent after 3 hours of use. They don't do anything about it other than send it off for service for at least a month. No replacement, not even saying they are sorry. Just rudeness from them. Otherwise I have liked Webhallen because they are quick but I have never experienced a worse customer support.
