We are so grateful to Adriel for the work he did to get us into our new home! We had a very complicated situation going into this purchase and had already tried working with 2-3 other lenders unsuccessfully before we were referred to Adriel. Adriel faced the challenge head on, gave us the facts at each step, and never promised more than he knew he could deliver. In the end his plan worked out exactly as he laid out to us and we closed on our new home with a great interest rate. We couldn't be more thankful or happy to refer him to anyone no matter their situation. Thank you Adriel! read more

They saved the day! My husband and I were in the opening days of escrow when our lender tried to pull a fast one and increased the fees by almost $10k. We contacted Adriel very last minute and him and his team jumped to action immediately! They were able to get us approved and process all of the paperwork so quickly that we didn't miss a beat. Not only that, we closed for $3k less than we originally expected. We could not be happier and will recommend that anyone who needs a mortgage contact Adriel first! read more

Although we closed in March I would be remiss if I didn't sing Adriel's praises even at this late date. He was attentive to my many emails, texts and calls. Walked me through the process and took his time explaining my options. (And I had a lot of questions! After all, this is the largest purchase I will ever make). Even when my realtor freaked out because my rate wasn't locked in, Adriel knew it wasn't the right time and he was able to secure a better rate. His team was professional and highly skilled.... and available at the last minute to sign docs on a Sunday! As I recall we closed in 28 days and he was ready several days beforehand. I would recommend Adriel to anyone. Thank you Adriel! read more

Adriel Esparza - First home - Mortgage Brokers Near Me - Seal Beach, California

Adriel and his team at Paramount Residential Mortgage really exceeded our expectations throughout the entire loan process. We are first time home buyers and literally had no idea what to expect, but the folks over at PRMG really made everything so easy to understand and really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with all of the information we were being given. Adriel is extremely dedicated, professional, helpful and honest! We were very comfortable with him right from the start. He delivered on everything he said he would; price quotes, time quotes, constant communication, etc. The entire team was wonderful! I especially appreciated our direct contact through the process, Brigette. She is so sweet and comforting! I really started to bug her quite a bit towards the end about when we would be closing, when I could hire movers, make large purchases and so on. She promptly replied to every single email I sent and talked me down off the anxiety ledge with professionalism, kindness and grace. I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

I am still waiting to hear back from the loan agent I originally started with to see if they could get me approved for my third house under the circumstanes. Adriel got me approved in 48 hours and with approval from the underwriter. I have had two other loans done and Adriel and his team have been by far the best. My goal is to purchase two more houses and Adriel will be my go to guy. I have already started to tell my friends how impressed I was with his service. We are so grateful for Adriel and all of his help in getting a loan for our home purchase! When getting into a mortgage made my wife and I feel anxious, Adriel put us at ease in our first conversation. He thoughtfully explained the mortgage process with patience and warmth, and it was clear we would be in good hands with him. We definitely had a lot of questions along the way. Adriel was incredibly attentive and responsive, promptly answering our emails and phone calls. Everything was well organized, we never felt lost in the process. His friendly personality and pleasant demeanor make the loan process that much more exceptional! We highly recommend Adriel Esparza at PRMG read more

I am not usually the type of person who writes reviews, but it's the least I could do for Mr. Esparza. Adriel's professionalism and vast knowledge in today's real estate market made what would have otherwise been a frightening and daunting process of purchasing our first home, a simple and dare I even say enjoyable experience. Communication was on point on his part as well as his hardworking team behind him. Adriel not only helped of achieve our dream of owning a home, but also found a government sponsored program that got us in for practically nothing out of pocket. Thank you Adriel for your part in us achieving a milestone. read more

Adriel's team went above and beyond to help me get my mortgage loan approved. He was able to close Escrow in only 15 days! Because of his team, I am now a proud owner of my first home. I had been trying to purchase a home for the past 3 years and had nothing but negative experiences dealing with lenders, especially the ones from the big banks. Jacqueline, the processor, even took the time to talk to me on a Friday night to calm me down and give me a peace of mind. I will only work with Adriel's team for any of my lender needs. Do not waste your time with Bank of America or Chase, they will take forever and not care about your dreams. I highly recommend Adriel's team for any of your lender needs. He will get the job done because he cares about his clients. I cannot express how thankful I am. I am so happy I went with Adriel!!! Thank you so much for everything you've done. read more

I found Adriel in the most generic of ways, I Googled "best loan officer in corona ca" and there he was. Every Yelp review said he was the best, and I can attest to that! Adriel and his team were exceptional. They all walk the talk and followed through on every commitment they made. Adriel was involved throughout the process and answered every question I had. I can't think of a single thing that went wrong. After the process began, I would check in from time to time with questions and was always very supportive, positive and told me exactly what I needed to do. In summary, Adriel is a rock star and I would recommend him to everyone! I couldn't have asked for a better experience with refinancing a house. read more

It's been over 10 years since I've known and worked with Adriel and it's only gotten better. I count on Adriel for all my prequals for my personal client/buyers and cross qualifications on my REO's from other Realtors. My clients always have a good experience and I can always rely on a good, solid buyer. Adriel's approval process is very thorough but painless, and with the ability to complete all approvals online, it allows for borrowers to complete the process conveniently and without pressure. Adriel can work with the most tech savvy of borrowers that do everything online, as well as, the older generation that still prefer face to face office visits or house calls. Either way, he gets the job done fast and efficiently. Thanks for all the hard work, Adriel and for being an essential part of our REO team! read more

Adriel and Nickole was there whenever I needed a question answered whether it was after work hours or weekends they are very helpful. He made sure that the loan I took out was not going to be more than I could handle for my budget, and he gave me some more useful advice related to the home-buying process in general. My husband and I are beyond grateful for Adriel and his team. We were a bit discouraged by what our credit union bank was preapproving us for, then Adriel came in and gave us a great rate and a better deal overall. Prior to talking to Adriel, we had gone through some issues with another bank to even talk to a real person, and we were extremely pleased to work with a team that was available to answer our questions, where we can actually talk to a real person and not some automated machine. This was our first home purchase and Adriel walked us through the entire process. First, he went through our funding options. Then, while in the escrow process, Nicole (part of his team) was extremely nice and helpful, constantly reassuring us throughout the entire process. Anytime we needed anything, we were able to reach Nicole and Adriel. Everything was clear and explained in detail, even the things we should have known. When we moved through the process of Escrow we would get videos explaining what had happened, and what would happen next, along with emails from Nicole or Adriel explaining our role in the process; we felt extremely informed and well-taken care of. In the end, Nicole and Adriel worked extremely hard to help us get some money back after Escrow. They are truly a dream team and we were so fortunate to work with them. If you go with them, you will NOT regret it. read more

My Husband and I needed to refi our home, we got several leads to other loans officers. Let's just say we weren't very impressed. We turned to Yelp and found Adriel to be the "go to" guy in Corona. I am so happy we found him. Adriel quickly reached out to us, discussed our situation, told us what he needed and worked on our paperwork almost immediately. When he called us to go over the loan process automatically I felt very comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. Every week we got updates on where we were in the process via customized videos for my husband and I (very clever might I add). The customized online website built for my husband and I made the signing of paperwork so convenient. (This was very helpful when having busy work schedules). Adriel and his team did an exceptional job when handling our refi. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Monasue, Bridgett, Raquel for all your leg work in the process truly a pleasure to work with. I just closed escrow on our new home after a 45 day escrow. I had gone through a short sale of an investment property a year ago and had other credit issues. Adriel walked me through the process of qualifying for the FHA Back to work program which not many lenders are doing. Adriel was upfront with me the entire way and kept me in the loop during the entire loan process. He did not give me inflated or rosy projections of how things were going, he was always upfront and honest. He was always responsive to my e-mails and calls and was very knowledgable on all the facets of my complicated file. In the end he delivered and got the job done. He even arranged an early morning doc signing so as not to conflict with my youth summer camp. I will definitely recommend him to all my family friends for their home mortgage/refinance needs. I thanks God i got to work with Adriel to get the home of our dreams. read more

I spoke with several different people at different companies before going ahead with our refi, Adriel was by far my 1st choice and he did not disappoint. Very pleasant, helpful and explained everything to me so I could understand it, which was the most important aspect to me. When sending over paperwork he would even include a short video of him going over it so we could look it over and have the explanation at our convenience. I loved that most of the paperwork until the very end could be done electronically, and we only had to schedule one appointment for the final signing. Throughout the process he got back to me in a timely manner and anyone else I had contact with at the company was the same way. I'd highly recommend to anyone. read more

Getting a home loan today it's very different than several years ago. There are so many rules and regulations especially when needing a government-insured loan. My real estate agent Christy Thompson of Keller Williams is not brand new at her job she's excellent and very particular what loan officer has her clients fate in his hands. Knowing Christy for over 35 years I see her as a truth-teller. So when she said make no mistake Adriel Esparza at prmg mortgage is the guy that will put the keys in my hand in 30 days. I knew with all the choices available to her there was a reason she insisted I make that phone call. Within a couple days providing all the information ,which is not easy because his staff is extremely thorough, he walked the package into the underwriter to get a green light. So right it a month later I'm hooking up lights and water at my new house!! I've purchased many homes in my life , normally the loan guy who's not the underwriter goes "yeah I think we're good". Then you get to hope for the next month he knew what he was doing. Literally within 48 hours you have mr. Esparza and amazing assistant Bridget and a super experienced government loan processor Monasue gather and prepare of the information for an actual underwriter. So if you don't want "one guy" to guess, I recommend giving Adriel and his staff the opportunity to get you into your home the way they got me into my home. Thanks a lot guys you're the best!! read more

As a real estate professional I've been working with Adriel Esparza for over 10 years and have lost count of the number of loans he has helped me with over the years to include my own home purchases/refinances, my family, and clients. There is no one else I trust to do the kind of job Adriel and his team do. He is efficient and accurate and if he says he can get it done he will, and he will do everything he can on his end to get it done in the time he says he can do it. His staff is professional and knowledgeable and they work together to support everyone involved to ensure a smooth transaction. In house underwriting and funding make the loan process so much smoother with Adriel and his team...don't be fooled by other lenders with these departments not in house... or worse...out of state! It can cause major delays and issues with your loan process down the line.
