Unbelievable that I was just a few minutes late. The front office wanted to schedule me next week…read moreon the 28th. When the doctor has my schedule for the 25th to be induced. I told them that I'm 9 months pregnant. And, I had to be seen soon. They did not schedule me an appointment and they said I was going to receive a call back to get an approval from the office manager. This is ridiculous because I have called their office phone number to let them know ahead of time and every time I call no one picks up. Then, knowing at any moment I am due they refuse to let you be seen. Especially, that I have been waiting to see my results for a GBS swab in case I need to start taking antibiotics before my delivery date. Super unprofessional.

Go anywhere else but here or request a different doctor. Paula a few years ago told me I was obese and needed to loose weight and I immediately switched to Cheryl because every visit she had something rude or mean to say to me. When Cheryl worked here she was the best doctor ever. Cheryl no longer works their so I got stuck with Paula this pregnancy. Paula is the worst. She will make you cry. Also they don't care about your time they will have you waiting around all day long like your time isn't valuable.

Dr. Davis has been my primary care physician for years. I needed to switch doctors because my old…read moredoctor wouldn't be an in-network provider for my new insurance company. A friend of mine highly recommended Dr. Davis. I was impressed when I researched him. Pardon my language, but the man is a complete badass. He was a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy and was Staff Medical Officer in Support of Operation Desert Storm. When I met him I instantly liked him. He's kind, thorough, and very patient. I've never felt rushed in my visits and I always get the impression he truly cares about his patients. When I've needed to be referred to specialists he's always selected good ones for me. Dr. Davis is going to retire this year and I'm going to miss him. He is a great doctor!

I have been a patient of the Family Medicine Temple Terrace practice for at least six years. But I…read morenor my family will ever go back. Two days ago I needed a COVID test as I was symptomatic. I was very concerned that I would have to delay three biopsies that had been moved up due to the results of recent diagnostic tests. Walgreens and CVS was booked solid, as was MedExpress and other urgent care facilities. I called Dr. Davis's office to get an appointment, but he would not see me. His office directed me to a specific facility for a COVID test, but it was $179. It would be covered at 100% with a doctor referral. I called Dr. Davis's office back and he refused to write me a referral - claiming that he hadn't seen me since last January, before the pandemic. I inquired with Moffitt, my gynecologist and cardiologist--my PCP was the only one that could write the referral. None of them understand why I had been denied, neither does my insurance company. I paid for the test and I am positive for COVID. It's not the money that is upsetting, it's the fact that I had to look all over town for testing feeling very ill. Also, that I have COVID and have to push out three very important biopsies - the stress of all that and that I have an unconcerned PCP. Or did. I have to look for a new one now - in the midst of being sick with COVID and facing possible cancer. I am still in total shock as to how I was treated. I even called back to ask why, but the doctor's assistant was uncaring and tried to justify their response even after I explained my situation again. She put the blame on Dr. Davis. It is incorrigible and I am left devastated by the experience.
