​I've been with Adriana's Insurance since 2019 and have always appreciated their professionalism and friendly service. For years, they helped me find the best rates with Kemper (Infinity). However, over the last two years, my rates started climbing significantly, hitting $170/month for a car I fully own. ​When I called Kemper to cancel because I was joining my husband's policy, the agent was rude and gave me incorrect information about how to close my account. Luckily, I followed my gut and called Adriana's. I spoke with Xavier, who was amazing. He clarified that I actually needed to sign specific paperwork to cancel--information Kemper failed to give me. It's unnecessarily hard to get ahold of the right people to speak to when you have an issue with registration. I've been with Adriana's for the past year and although they do offer a very affordable policy (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) I'd rather switch to AAA after my term is up just so I don't have to waste HOURS going in circles with customer service just to achieve nothing. I've been put on a waiting queue just to get hung up on immediately after multiple times, which is around 10-15min each of wasted time when I have to call back and gamble to see if a different agent isn't going to be lazy and actually pick up the phone. When you actually get ahold of a real person, it's a hit or miss on whether or not they actually understand what you're trying to ask for. Some of them don't even know what a declaration of proof of insurance is and they all work in the SAME DEPARTMENT. There were two agents who were actually super helpful, a lady who I forgot the name of, and a guy named Miguel, they actually took the time to transfer me to the correct departments and answer my questions accordingly. Super nice and awesome service. But then there was Rogelio, who gave the worst customer service, had an attitude, and would sigh every couple of sentences like he hated his job. Literally why are you working in customer service if you're gonna act like you don't wanna be there. And last but not least, which I find to be super messed up and is the reason why I'm in this current DMV mess, Adriana's NEVER sent proof of insurance over to the DMV when I joined policy with them, and when I tried to do it manually at the DMV kiosk, I got the error saying this company isn't compatible with DMV kiosk when submitting proof of insurance! Wtf?? When I asked a DMV agent in person they said I have to figure it out with the policy provider (being Adriana's) because there's nothing I can do in person at the DMV to fix it. And because of this issue my registration got suspended. Something I should've NEVER had to happen in the first place. What the hell do I pay you guys every month for? read more

George seems more concerned with upselling me services I don't need and pushing for a review instead of helping me with my claim or transferring me to the claims department. The fact that he had to repeat his closing three times suggest that this was enforced by the higher-ups. I had to look up the number of the claims department myself without his help. If you're looking to get a positive review, make sure to give excellent service. The positive review will come naturally. This is free advice from a customer service veteran. You can thank me later. I'm only rating the service two stars instead of one because it wouldn't be fair to George; he clearly has his hands tied by his out-of-touch superiors. Overall my favorite experience was horrible. I had been on hold for an hour getting transferred between people and not getting anything accomplished. It was very frustrating because they would constantly be messaging me or calling but the second I actually called to get assistance for a policy, no one was available. Fortunately at the end of the day I was able to get help by Isidro (ext 11431) , a representative who actually took the time to listen to what I needed help with and provided me with solutions. Customer service can use improvement. There are long wait times, not only that but the phone call is often dropped before anyone answers. When they do answer, most times, the call is disconnected. I was extremely disappointed with the way the company handled my insurance application. I needed to get comprehensive insurance on a 2013 Ford Econoline van which I had financed for $12,500. That is the amount of coverage I was looking for. For some reason the original agent insisted I needed the coverage to be $70,000. The premium was over $660/month. Allstate wrote the insurance I needed with the lower coverage for $290/month. I do want to compliment the agent who helped me with the cancelation - Leon Fregoso. He handled everything very professionally, investigating my problem and when it appeared nothing could be done about reducing the premium he helped with the cancellation in a friendly and positive manner.
