    Worst insurance ever! When you actually need them and open up a claim they never return your call and leave you carless!!

    All I am going to say about Freeway Insurance is, it's not worth it!…read more When we first got a policy, the person that helped us did everything wrong. Instead of giving us a 30 day policy to pay after 30 days like she said we did. We received a phone call 15 days later asking for our monthly payment. We stopped and said! We just got the policy 15 days ago, we just gave $360 3 weeks ago! So I decided not to pay until I could speak with a manager, nothing was resolved, and all they could say was she input all the information wrong, she lied and said we also had a $500 deductible, but it was at $1000. At this point I was already upset, and went searching for a better insurance carrier. Also be aware that Freeway has all these broker fees, so if you need to make a change to you're policy, you will be charged every time a broker fee, even if it's something as small as changing you're address, they want a broker fee, they could charge whatever they want, it could be $40 or $100 or more or less for the change. I've never had such a terrible experience before with insurance. To charge every time to make a change to policy. That is just ridiculous!! My advice, go with a real insurance carrier, you will be better off, and you'll be saving in you're Purse or Wallet.

    Really bad customer service first time here and it was horrible. As you walk in, there's a signing…read morelist, and there was one customer ahead us, so we waited for almost 20 minutes. And some random guy, just shows up. And just yells out "I'm here to make a payment". He seemed really comfortable to just come inside and yell it out. But it seemed odd how Immediately the girl that was helping out the other guest, run to him, and told him to give her the money for the payment. First all, I don't care how many years you been a customer with a company, you shouldn't have priority for anyone. Specially when you don't know if you have new customers. That to me it's ridiculous. If he was there to make the payment, he should of sign in like everyone else. And wait for his turn, clearly the signing sheet had an option of "I'm here to make a payment". Second, the sells representative Jenny M. was just overall rude, when she was helping me out, she got a random phone call from her mom. Like Who answers calls, when you're helping out someone at work. Clearly that's one unprofessional. And last, you shouldn't be texting after you just hung up on the person who call you. Texting isn't any better of a choice. Update: customer service reach out to me, and were really helpful. I want to give a special thank you, to Miguel who took the time to addressed my problem. You hardly find companies that care about a customers opinion. Thank Freeway Insurance, for taking the time and contacting me.

Long story short, the policy ended up lapsing because they bungled it. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for essentially no coverage.
