They look over everything on my car, and let me know what other things were wrong that I would never have know about until it broke. They checked my transmission, the engine, and the computer system. They are my go to for any work that I need done, unless it's something special and I have to go to my Acura dealer. They are my go to for changing my oil too. I can't heap enough praise on this place, there customer service is amazing and I won't go anywhere else for car repair. I was told I needed a wheel alignment and agreed to have that done since there was one car on the rack and I was next. Four hours later the car was ready. As I was getting in the car, I saw a greasy hand print on the light colored fabric on the drivers seat. My radio station had been switched and no more than a block away my check engine light came on. I returned to Grease Monkey where I stayed for another hour as they tried to figure out what happened. After over an hour and no one making eye contact, a tech came out to tell me all of the screws in my air box were stripped and a new one would be ordered. They said they would order a new one and call me. I called the store mid week and asked if it was ordered and they said no. Was going to get ordered, I asked. We're talking about it was the reply. So, after five hours in their waiting room, over $250 spent, I have a car with a check engine light on, stained upholstery and a ruined airbox and the 4th of July weekend coming up. Things happen, but the lack of respect Grease Monkey has shown me as a customer and my car is unacceptable and disappointing.

After calling multiple shops, all booked weeks out, Wyatt agreed to take a look. We made our way to Firth and spent the day hanging out while they juggled her car into the many others in for repairs. They worked above and beyond to figure out the main cause for the code error, also finding a missing bolt on the motor mount and repairing that, topping off and adjusting the fluid levels, making a rather crummy situation into one that really made for some great memories, and the price for the repair was very fair! I would highly recommend these guys and only wish they were in my area so I could call them my own!

Their customer service folks said, "How far are you out? Come on in. We've had an appointment cancellation." The customer service reps Amber and Chris were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. Chris, one of their techs assessed the situation just before his hour long lunch. They ordered the parts, Chris quickly ate lunch (not taking his full lunch break), and immediately repaired our vehicle.
