Jon and Jen are the owners and they were flexible with times/dates and sent us all the particulars via email ahead of our trip. The youngest person in our party was eleven and he loved it. They're also COVID safe so they sanitized the UTVs and helmets. Rentals included gas and helmets and a safety overview. It was a short 15 minute drive from Kings Beach and very easy to get to the meet-up point. We had the time of our lives. The area they allow you to trek through is enormous. There's literally miles of different trails and mountains to cover. I suggest downloading a trail app or ask John and Jen, they probably have a better recommendation for which app to download. Also, bring water, camera/cell phones and maybe a snack. We brought water but left it in our car. Ask them ahead of time and they'll add a cooler and ice to your UTV so you can bring lunches and water/sodas. Finally, if you call and they don't pick-up, don't hesitate to text them. They're great at responding by text and you'll usually get a response in 30 min or less. The number noted above in the info section is their cell business number. Hang on for the time of your life.

The staff was unfriendly from the start and made us feel unwelcome. Five minutes into our ride, my wife and daughter accidentally entered a restricted area. We understand it was our mistake, but instead of simply explaining the situation, they brought them back to shore, wasting much of our rental time. After that, my wife didn't want to continue, so I went out with my daughter instead. She was so uncomfortable that she kept saying the staff member was going to come back and take us out again, so she couldn't enjoy the ride. Overall, the lack of customer service and the staff's attitude ruined what should have been a fun family experience. They showed no empathy or concern, even though there was a young child with us.

We rented sleds for the whole day because we thought we were badass. Their location is pretty awesome - you literally get on the sleds and go. They go through safety and you get a helmet. There's also a little storage space underneath for things like lunch (which gets jostled around so a sandwich is good) and waters. I liked the fact that you can just go. They have various types of groomed trails and you can also go to open, flat expanses of land. I'm not a great driver in real life, so I passed on the driving experience and happily bopped along behind my driver. We made it up to this amazingly gorgeous ridge (can't remember the name). The view was spectacular and they even had a little warming hut. Great place to chill out. After about 3ish hours - I wasn't feeling like too much of a badass anymore :/ Luckily, the Full Throttle guys were super nice and they gave us a partial refund even though they probably lost money (since they couldn't reserve our sled out). Fun place, can't wait to go back and try their boats too.

We rented 1 adult bike and 1 kids bike for 4 hours starting at 4pm. After about 2 hours of use…read more(while on the East Shore trail) the kids' bike battery died. It started getting dark and we had to push the bike back about a mile in the dark. When I brought this up to the store later I was told we "must have had the bike on the highest pedal assist setting the whole time", which was not true. I was then told we should have let the store know (which I couldn't because it happened shortly after the store closed at 6) I don't know if we got a dud bike but it was not a safe experience.

Both were the easiest - paperwork was simple, reasonable understanding of consequences/fees/what happens if x occurs. Also, everything was easy to understand, book, and fill out online. It took me 5 minutes to do everything and when I got there, it was a hello, simple instructions, and on my way to the jetski. Definitely coming back!

The beach is warmer and cleaner, and the water is smoother and brighter than King's Beach. I came here to tan and jet ski and kayak. We arrived at twelve to find that the jet ski was rented out all day, already? Lame sauce. Nonetheless, when i come to visit i drive right past king's beach and head straight to sandharbor, well worth the 45 minute drive.
