Great day on the water!!! Very knowledgeable & smooth sailing!! Great views & cool spots to jump in and take a dip!! Check it out..

I spoke with the owner, Heath, several times prior to booking, he was patient and really cool about answering all my questions. He was just as cool in person. My wife and I plus two kids had a great time at Full Throttle's private snow machine trails. We reserved two doubles for two hours which was plenty of time to see the amazing snow covered landscape (see photos). The trails were well groomed and marked even during moderate snow. The trail map provided also helped. The machine my wife had appeared brand new, with both front and rear hand warmers. Thanks for an amazing time my family and I will never forget. We will definitely return.

Had a tour today with Captain Justin for our bachelorette festivities. The lake was beautiful, the weather was perfect and our captain was the best. He asked our preferences for our 4 hour adventure and even suggested spots for us. Could not have asked for a better experience & captain to cruise Lake Tahoe today. Thank you, Full Throttle Tahoe!

My 8 yo daughter and I, enjoying a self guided tour on our own!!

Huge thanks to; Heath, Griff, and John for adding the cherry to the top of an awesome Tahoe adventure!! The family owned and operated Full Throttle Crew was a pleasure to be around, and they made our family feel like a part of theirs!! Would HIGHLY recommend them for all your winter and summer activities!!! CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!

I love full throttle! The only snow mobile place in Tahoe that lets you go off by yourself! We came so unprepared but they let us know there is a place down the street that rents all snow gear at a cheap price so we went there and suited up. Came back and the explained the way things work tell you about the trails and to look out for orange ties on the trees so u could follow. It's beyond beautiful and something everyone should do at least once. Boy do those things go fast though! It scares me sometimes I would fly over a bump on that thing. I would def go back and recommend to anyone!

Ask the Community - Full Throttle Tahoe

Does anyone know what the price per hour for the different jer skiis?

We no longer rent Jet Skis we only offer boat Charter now.

Does anyone know when they open for summer boat charters? Trying to get one for the last weekend in May, but I'm worried it's too early. Thanks!

Opened June 16th!

The individual on the phone said yes and nothing else. I admit that because the shop was closing, there wasn't enough time for us to go paddle boarding that day. So, I asked if I could use them for another time (Groupon AD does not specify which dates you have to use them) and they tell me that they actually are not accepting Groupons anymore and don't know how to remove their advertisement. I asked if there was anything the shop could do about the money I had already spent, and the cashier said No :). Horrible customer service. let's not shame/not help people that bought a freaking Groupon to your establishment.

While kayaking through crystal-clear waters with my girlfriend, I accidentally dropped my phone in the lake. When we returned the gear and mentioned it, Marcus immediately offered to help--no hesitation. He paddled back out with me and spent nearly an hour searching, even as it got dark. Though we didn't find it, his effort spoke volumes. The next day, despite choppy conditions, Marcus and Hyun were still willing to help. These guys genuinely care, and we'll absolutely be back.

The top is awesome for sunbathing on and heating up before sliding (literally) into the crisp and crystal clear Tahoe waters. Then, when you need some reprieve from the sun, the shade underneath is perfect. Joey was our captain. He was the ideal captain. Efficient, helpful, and would engage in conversation if you included him but not the type that turns into a "Chatty Kathy". Joey also navigated the boat like a pro-- I'm still impressed by how smooth he was able to keep the ride when going fairly fast even when we went through other boats' wakes. None of us got nauseous / "sea sick" (especially impressive because I was about 8 weeks pregnant). The included BBQ and cooler were nice to have, and the lily pad was a blast for our toddlers (though any age would enjoy it-- the adults in our group certainly did in between our shifts of child monitoring). We went to Emerald Bay on Joey's recommendation. There was a dock there that we pulled up to at the end for a quick bathroom break (at our kids' request) before motoring back across the lake to return to where we started. We met the guy who owns the company (Russel?) at a whiskey tasting event in Reno. Through the booking and confirmation experience we were really impressed by his professionalism and ability to remember his customers. What an all around great guy-- definitely someone you'd feel good about supporting as a business owner. Pro tip: get wet before using the slide and/or lube up with some tanning oil first! Also, if you're on the half day tour, fire up the bbq as soon as you anchor if you're cooking anything more substantial than hot dogs (we did country style ribs) that way you'll give the meat plenty of time to cook. Also, Wakebusters has life vests but if your kid has one they are already used to that's probably the way to go (our kids tried both and preferred theirs from home). Finally, wet suits are not needed, but they certainly make it a lot more comfortable for the kids (and require less sunscreen to be applied).

It even had a bbq aboard,so we had a great meal out on the water, fun slides on the boat, and a great time just soaking up the sun out on the water. I give Premier Boat Rentals my highest rating! Here is why:…read more As part of our vacation, I did quite a bit of research on boat rentals. Some companies give you a flat price for the boat, gas not included. The fuel can add over $100 to the cost. Other companies require you to park in a private recreation area where you will need to buy $15 passes for everyone over 14. Premier quoted me a flat rate of $700 for a boat that could accommodate 10 people --- by far the most reasonable of the 5 companies we contacted. When we showed up on Saturday, Marshall informed me we'd get a bigger boat...for the same price. The boat was in excellent shape, was clean throughout and had 2 wake boards and a tube. Marshall was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very customer-focused. He safely got us started, and when we returned, got us safely docked. All with a very friendly demeanor. In the end, I was charged exactly what he promised ($700) with no hidden fees. The whole experience (best value, convenience, pristine boat, very friendly attitude) make me give Premier Boat Rentals the highest possible rating.

When you do your due diligence in finding a good boat rental, it sucks when it doesn't work out…read more I'd warn anyone from renting from this company. I spoke to one of the owners Nate before confirming the rental to discuss the size of our group and also about another bad review the company had received on Yelp. I wanted to know as I thought we might've needed 2 boats for 11 grown adults. He reassured me there would be loads of space. We show up the day of the rental and Nate isn't there. We greeted by 3 guys and told one of them is our captain for the day. This was never mentioned while discussing the boat and was definitely not something we needed as a few of us have plenty of experience driving a boat (its the fun part of renting!). Nobody likes to be blindsided and an extra body was certainly not needed as the boat was 100% going to be a squeeze as it was. I could get over the inconvenience of the above as one forgets about most troubles when out on the magical Lake Tahoe. Sadly, the boat could wasn't planing correctly so we could never pick up decent speed. To make matters worst, it was clear our "captain" had never driven the boat and was clueless about how to fix the problem. When we got back to sure, we complained as we ended up taking an extra 1.5hrs to get around the different spots we wanted to go to. They told us the boat was fine and our group was too large in the first place (classic!). I tried speaking to the owner (who couldn't have been more rude) who was on the dock but he refused to chat. Eventually we agreed a refund of $300 with one of the other staff who was appreciated our frustration and wanted to make it right. BUT after multiple attempts to follow up about this refund, I still haven't received it. Bunch of amateurs trying to make a fast buck during the summer.
