They gave us a breakdown on how to handle the boards and what to do and not to do then sent us on our way. The shop is not right on the launch but its walking distance and you do have to carry your board to the launch and back after so be prepared for that, once they seen me they did come to help me carry it the rest of the way, they also have dry bags to keep your stuff dry and I would definitely reccomend that as the water was choppy when we went so we got way more wet than when I go in the river back home. We had a blast and pull reccomend supporting them for your day at Kings Beach!

The beach had a lovely atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and a relaxed family-friendly vibe. Another nice part of the area is that there are plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops, stores, and other places to explore nearby. It is easy to make a full day out of the visit without having to travel far for food or something else to do. I recommend arriving early because parking can fill up quickly. Otherwise, you may have to pay around $20 to park somewhere else or take your chances finding another spot. Overall, we had a great family visit and would gladly return.

After that, my wife didn't want to continue, so I went out with my daughter instead. She was so uncomfortable that she kept saying the staff member was going to come back and take us out again, so she couldn't enjoy the ride. Overall, the lack of customer service and the staff's attitude ruined what should have been a fun family experience. They showed no empathy or concern, even though there was a young child with us.

It took me 5 minutes to do everything and when I got there, it was a hello, simple instructions, and on my way to the jetski. Definitely coming back!

Unfortunately they didn't see us coming in so we did it ourselves. This beach can get very busy on weekends, so making an online reservation is a good thing.
