    My husband and I just got married at Adorn Events. Our wedding coordinators, Chelsea and Tammi, made the vision of our dream wedding come to life. Both maintained excellent communication, ensured we were meeting our timelines (which we were, but the added double check was reassuring) and above all showed a tremendous amount of support throughout the entire process. I am so grateful that, with all of the wedding nightmares you hear about, ours was a breeze and I thank Tammy and Chelsea for that. The staff was friendly and amazing. The entire day, start to finish went so smoothly and most importantly, stress free.     Adorn is such a beautiful venue! Everything is new and upgrade! The ceremony room is large and open and I love the high beams on the vaulted ceiling. There are many beautiful frosted windows and doors that let lots of natural light in. I loved the reception hall with plenty of room to dance, dine and party! Gorgeous lighting and chandeliers. I loved all the furniture and decorations that are available the candles and garland put it over the top! Brides room is gorgeous and feminine with lots of room to get ready and it's fully stocked with sodas and snacks. Kitchen had professional grade appliances for prep and it's super clean. Clean updated bathrooms! The best part is the service! There is a great vibe and Chelsea is so personable, organized and knows how to make things run smooth. Wonderful vendors! I'd give this venue an A+!

    The Adorn staff is absolutely amazing! The whole process was very easy, smooth, and very personal. Chelsey was the best from the very beginning. She was very positive and helpful leading up to the day and day of! I would not change my wedding day for anything, Adorn made it so special. A day and experience I will always remember!

    When my husband and I first walked into Adorn's venue we knew it was the one because of the location and convenience of having both a ceremony hall and reception in one building. Especially during the hot vegas summers this was the best because it's indoor with A.C. The entrance is beautiful and the inside of the reception hall is even more mesmerizing with the chandeliers from the center of the ceiling. Chelsea showed us the venue and was extremely friendly and helpful with answering our questions. Their team stayed in communication with us throughout the entire year before our wedding as we booked 1 year in advance. There was a misunderstanding with the cater option we originally chose, later next year the caterer closed down and there was a misunderstanding in terms of our menu and prices. However, the entire Adorn team hopped onto our concerns right away and gave us their full attention to resolve this. We were able to get a new caterer and kept the same prices we agreed on originally. We are so grateful they were able to accommodate our specific wants/needs as we had many asks like 2 bars and 2 bartenders, dog included (our deal breaker), 120 guests at ceremony, and 145 guests in reception. They were able to work with us through all the hurdles to ensure that our wedding went smooth on the day of. We got a package which included cake, dj, decor, catering and event staff to set up and clean. It made is so easy having a package. The bartenders were extremely great as well. Any time my husband and I had an empty drink in our hand he would refill it immediately. Also, the bartenders made it so fun for our guests. The allowed us to have our traditional chinese lion dance in the venue and allowed us to keep our fur baby with us the entire day. Our wedding went perfect and it was a celebration/party of our lives. We had so much fun thanks to Adorn for letting our guests let loose and enjoy themselves. Would highly recommend adorn to all future brides!

    I'm beyond grateful with Adorn. Everyone at Adorn cared about us and made our special day so wonderful! The owners and our event planner was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. Till this day we even text. They worked with our budget . I had called other locations and everywhere I called it was so expensive. I was recommended this place from Kate at Bridal Brilliant. Josh and Eric personally met with us. And Chelsea and Tammi cared about our vision for our wedding and made it everything we ever wanted. I would love to come back and celebrate my anniversary here. Here is why I would recommend Cobblestone Cottage (from a male perspective who has never been to a tea house). (1) I called for Easter Sunday reservation 4 days prior to Easter. I imagined the place would be booked, yet instead of the host who answered the phone simply stating they were sold out, she said she would see what could be done to possibly get us in and have someone call me back. (2) To my surprise, the owner (Arsine) called me a day later and also stated they were full, yet she stated she wanted me to know she was going to keep trying to see if she could juggle reservations and get us in. (3) Yet again, the owner remembers to call me the following day and secures a reservation. I was shocked that she remembered and knew she was making every effort to create a memorable moment for my mom. (4) My mom unfortunately had accident requiring hospitalization and we had to cancel our reservation. The owner actually called back to ask how my mom was doing! Wow...that was amazing display of heartfelt care from a busy business owner. (5) The owner worked with us to find another day that we could arrive after my mom recovered. Upon arrival, we were literally greeted with open arms by the owner. Literally this woman was there to ensure all was well. Her service team was a delight and equally attentive. The other patrons were smiling and clearly also enjoying their experience. And most of all for me, my mom kept smiling in gratitude and admiration of a lovely afternoon. (6) And final note, the food and decadent sconces, soup, salad, sandwiches, and desserts were DELICIOUS. As it turns out, the owner is a chef. Arsine is a class act when it comes to hospitality. A visit to Cobblestone Cottage is like going to your favorite relatives house and being embraced and cared for like family.

Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and checked in without any issues. The front desk associate even wished me a happy birthday, which was a thoughtful touch. We stayed in the Palm Tower, and I loved its convenient location near the pool. There was plenty of self-parking available on the side of the building, as well as a few spaces in the front, although those filled up quickly. The pool was one of my favorite features of the resort. I appreciated how shallow it was, which allowed me to comfortably walk around while guiding my kids in their floaties (for reference, I'm 5'4"). My son's favorite was the outdoor waterfall. He loved going through lol. My husband also used the gym and said that while it was on the smaller side, it was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential machines and equipment. He especially liked that there was never a wait to use anything. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with a mini-fridge, which was incredibly convenient for our family. I was especially glad we could keep our kids' milk and juice boxes cold throughout our stay. Although the room did not include a microwave, I asked the front desk if there was a public microwave available so we could heat up our kids' macaroni and cheese. To my surprise, they immediately offered to bring a microwave to our room. I was very impressed by this level of hospitality and their willingness to accommodate families with young children. I also loved that we could open the door to let in fresh air. Keep in mind that there is no actual balcony; instead, it features a Juliet balcony (balconette). Even so, I was thrilled to enjoy fresh air and a beautiful view of the garden and waterfall. This was one of my daughter's favorite features of the room. Each morning, she would ask me to open the door so she could listen to the waterfall and look out the window while drawing as I did her hair. Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing, and family-friendly birthday getaway. I would absolutely stay here again.

When the recipient attempted to use it, they were told the card could not be found or was not properly activated. This created an embarrassing situation for my wife, who had given the gift. I went back and forth directly with Miesha Cox, Executive Director of Hotel Operations. While she acknowledged the situation, the issue itself was consistently minimized. The explanation provided--that there was a discrepancy in how the recipient's name was recorded--is irrelevant from a guest perspective. A gift card should work, period. What was most concerning was not just the error, but the lack of meaningful resolution. The options offered (a low-value day pass, spa add-on, or points) did not reflect the level of embarrassment and inconvenience caused. More troubling was the position that there was no ability to go beyond these limited options, even after escalation. At that point, it became clear that there was no real path to resolution. That is something future guests should be aware of. For a property that aligns itself with brands like Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, and St. Regis, I expected a much higher level of accountability and customer care. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of that standard.

These are things done at all bar mitzvah to celebrate the 13 year old becoming a man. We had the garden room and the space is huge. We not only had the extra space of high tops by the bat, the extended outdoor space and there was even a small empty room for kids to get a place to run around. The dance floor is a little small but we were no more than 70 people and most of the tome the kids were outside playing the lawn games we brought.

Very Responsive I had a multitude of special requests that were resolved in a timely fashion with no complaints. From changing delivery times to finding a cake maker that could make a "healthy" cake, Eleanor was able to reach out to her network of vendors to make it happen. 2. Highly Flexible / Accommodating Up until the day of the event, Eleanor was able to make last minute changes and also assist with a special equipment pick up that she definitely did not need to help with. She stepped up and helped to resolve the issue at hand. 3. Detail Orientated / Professional With any event, details can change quickly and often. Anytime a change occurred I was informed promptly and in a professional manner. 4. Punctual Day of event, Eleanor and her assistant arrived at the time promised and she stayed on top of her vendors to ensure that they were also on time. 5. Competitively Priced I made the decision to pay the extra money to have Eleanor act as the event planner on the ground in Vegas as I do not live there. For a reasonable fee, she took on the responsibility of representing as point person for the other vendors and service providers. The fee was well worth the piece of mind and a smoothly run event. 6. Creative Design From the balloon design to the interactive backdrops, each piece was well thought out and creative.
