Putting this picture so he can know who I am bc I know he won't forget who I am

Extremely unprofessional. The owner/manager was incredibly rude over something so simple. My husband forgot his physical ID and only had a picture (which many places accept or at least explain politely). Instead of handling it professionally, he took a picture of the drink he wanted in a mocking way and said "here" like we were doing something wrong. When I said I didn't want anything anymore, he snatched the drink back with the worst attitude. Disrespectful, hostile, and unnecessary. Will never come back. He is a BITCHHHH only putting a star bc I have to put one ... horrible service

Went to my great niece's quinceañera there and it was amazing. Large venue. Great decor. Plenty of space for dancing.

I have been waiting for the right time to write out this review for El Palacio Del Sol, Edwin and staff, and our event. My sisters took my daughter to check el Palacio del Sol out for her quinceanera. She loved the inside of the venue and told us she wanted her event there. I was able to make an appointment for a week after and was walked through the venue with Edwin. He briefly showed us the venue, bathrooms and their decorated tables for us to have an idea. We went into Edwin's office and he was explaining the packages we could choose from, what they came, and the costs. He answered all of my extra questions like if we add something, the cost of it, or if we'd be able to substitute something else for the package cost. (I.E.- if we wanted red meat and no chicken, or extra salad, tortillas for food, etc.) We got a package that included dinner, a Photo Booth, mariachi, food, a DJ, cake, a party bus, and of course the decorations of the tables, and full staff to assist the night of. Our original contract, with us substituting one of our entrees with meat and no chicken, was about $8,000. That came with a full set up, staff handling the serving of the food, drinks, and clean up. We contracted our photographer who usually works with the venue and Edwin, and they were very good at talking to each other the day of about the timing they'd show up to take pictures before the guests arrived. We were able to use their projector for their slideshow at no extra cost. Using Palacio del Sol for my daughter's event was the best choice we made. We were able to schedule and reschedule with them, we were able to call and communicate with Edwin when we needed to. The food was amazing, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a tiny issue of the DJ, he messed up the songs; but the guests didn't know the songs, so they didn't notice! Give palacio a try, they're worth all the money you pay, and the service you'll get from Edwin and his staff is worth it!

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely amazing!!! The venue is stunning and the staff is awesome!! Juliana was great and she helped me through everything from a nerves to my dress!!!

Had the best wedding! We had both our ceremony and reception here and everything flowed so seamlessly. The venue was everything we could have asked for... venue manager Edwin was so kind and attentive throughout the night and always got back to us when we had questions during the planning stages. Our guest kept complimenting the food and the look of the venue. More guests arrived than expected and the staff was quick to pull out another table and set up - I would recommend this venue to anyone

    The cake was beautiful

Thank you to El Palacio Del Sol for making my princess quinceañera a magical night. They went above and beyond with everything from decorations to food. Their attention to detail is impeccable!!! Great customer service, Edwin and his staff are a delight to work with. We are so happy we chose them for our venue. Everyone left very impressed and had an amazing time.

Here is why I would recommend Cobblestone Cottage (from a male perspective who has never been to a tea house). (1) I called for Easter Sunday reservation 4 days prior to Easter. I imagined the place would be booked, yet instead of the host who answered the phone simply stating they were sold out, she said she would see what could be done to possibly get us in and have someone call me back. (2) To my surprise, the owner (Arsine) called me a day later and also stated they were full, yet she stated she wanted me to know she was going to keep trying to see if she could juggle reservations and get us in. (3) Yet again, the owner remembers to call me the following day and secures a reservation. I was shocked that she remembered and knew she was making every effort to create a memorable moment for my mom. (4) My mom unfortunately had accident requiring hospitalization and we had to cancel our reservation. The owner actually called back to ask how my mom was doing! Wow...that was amazing display of heartfelt care from a busy business owner. (5) The owner worked with us to find another day that we could arrive after my mom recovered. Upon arrival, we were literally greeted with open arms by the owner. Literally this woman was there to ensure all was well. Her service team was a delight and equally attentive. The other patrons were smiling and clearly also enjoying their experience. And most of all for me, my mom kept smiling in gratitude and admiration of a lovely afternoon. (6) And final note, the food and decadent sconces, soup, salad, sandwiches, and desserts were DELICIOUS. As it turns out, the owner is a chef. Arsine is a class act when it comes to hospitality. A visit to Cobblestone Cottage is like going to your favorite relatives house and being embraced and cared for like family.

Nothing felt like filler, just really well-made, thoughtful food across the board. What really stood out though was the atmosphere. The inside is beautifully designed, cozy but elegant, and you can tell a lot of care went into the layout and details. It made the whole experience feel special without being stuffy. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can feel that they genuinely care about making sure you're having a good time. If you're even remotely considering doing their high tea, especially for a special occasion, I'd absolutely recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food tasted. Legitimately if their food was served at a restaurant, the restaurant would do well strictly off how good the food tastes. The cocktails were also really good. I ordered the Cool Down Lap, Mule in the Paddock, and Crodino. The Cool Down Lap was a little watered down. The Mule in the Paddock, and Crodino were really good and I would recommend to anyone looking for a good n/a cocktail. The service was good throughout my experience. Went to 3rd floor bar, lots of employees visible and quite a few customers playing the arcade racing games. Just a few customers eating. Took a while after I approached the bar and looked at the menus for an employee to greet me. The locals deal is half off most of the menu and drinks except specialty cocktails. I had a glass of prosecco, 6 taco flight and mini doughnuts. Tacos were barely warm. I don't know how a not busy kitchen can't serve the food hot. After I started eating them I noticed 1 or 2 ingredients were missing from each. The birria was most noticeably missing the BBQ sauce/aioli. The Tandoori chicken tacos were ok but needed the missing pickles/pickled onions, same with the mushroom tacos. There was plenty of meat and mushrooms on the tacos for the regular price of $22. I noticed Al Mancini, a local food reviewer was there. I guess they were only concerned about his food. I did tell one of the servers at the bar about the missing ingredients. The mini doughnuts were ok. When I first got the bill it was wrong (extra item added). On the second bill the tacos were taken off. I appreciated that but hadn't asked. I told the server to thank the manager. Perhaps the next meal will be better, it's unlikely I'll return tho. It may be worth it to go for food with the half price deal, if you're at Caesars and need to eat.

There is a small parking lot in front and some street parking around the venue. If you get there early, you can snag a spot there in front. We scored one. Just inside the front doors is a small lobby with a bar that serves a few options for beer, wine, mixed drinks, sodas, and water, along with a few snack options. The bartender was friendly and took care of us quickly. The venue is through another set of doors and seats about 200-250 people. With that size, there isn't a bad seat in the house. We were in the back row of seats and were still only about 100 feet from the stage, if that. There is also a section of bleacher-type seating in the very back. The sound and lighting system were excellent. There is also a room in the back that they use for meet and greets. Again, small bar serving drinks. They also had a charcuterie table set up. I don't know if that was specific to the artist performing that night or a typical offering, but the spread was very nice, offering decorative cups with a small variety of meats and cheeses, along with salted caramel chocolate. There were also cake pops offered. Overall, this is a great venue. I would recommend looking into the shows they have to offer and come check one out!
