My experience at Adorable Pets By Sandy was the worst experience with any professional business I have ever had. We called Sandy on a Monday, being new to the area looking for a nice place to bring our dog. She was hesitant but asked us to come in an hour. When we got there she was nice, seemed stressed but we filled out paperwork and she told me it would be about 4 hours, seemed long but seemed she might have been double booking us. She said she would call. I got a phone call around 5:30 telling me it would be later than she said. So we showed up at 6:45, figuring we would wait if she wasn't finished. When we walked in, first thing to come out of her mouth in a very huffy tone was, "You have to leave! I told you I would call you when it was done! I was going to call you at 7, you have to go!" (it was quarter to 7) We were very taken back by the tone she continued to give us and the complete lack of professionalism. After she raised her voice at us we told her we would like to take our dog and pay her for what she did. She did not want to hand over our dog and after the 3rd time finally gave her to us. She complained that our dog was whining the whole time, and we didn't make an appointment. I proceeded to tell her that it did not matter if we made an appointment, she told us to come in and we are paying customers who deserve the same respect as any. As I walked out my boyfriend waited to pay. She then attempted to charge us a higher price than she told us in the first place. I was completely disgusted by the attitude and lack of professionalism from this woman. Needless to say when we looked at our dog when we got home the cut was completely choppy, not blended and she had a bald spot on her belly.
