HORRIBLE experience with technician Victor Gonzalez - high pressure rip off attempt…read more This company installed my garage door and serviced it twice. Then they sent Victor Gonzalez, who immediately tried to screw me over on a simple spring replacement. He opened at over $1,300, dropped to around $1,100 when I pushed back, and finally floated ~$700 after I kept rejecting his nonsense. Classic bait and switch pricing... start absurdly high, "negotiate" down so the still-inflated number feels like a deal. I told him no, twice. Clear. Direct. On the third attempt he kept pushing, so I made it crystal clear I wasn't playing games and he needed to get out of my house. He still harassed me after I shut it down lingering in front of my house, arguing, refusing to take the repeated "no" for an answer. On top of the shady in home sales tactics, the company records phone conversations without any notification. And their website reviews? They display as five stars while the actual ratings are one star. Straight up deception.

Spring was replaced, and he took the extra time to replace the rollers I had purchased and been meaning to replace myself. All of this was done before 1:00pm on Saturday. Before the technician, Greg Girard, even arrived, I received a photograph for identification purposes, along with real-time tracking of his vehicle's location and estimated time of arrival -- an exemplary demonstration of transparency and client consideration. Mr. Girard exceeded expectations by arriving ahead of schedule, fully equipped with every necessary part and tool. His workmanship was meticulous, and he not only completed the installation efficiently but also took the initiative to program all devices and provide a clear tutorial for future adjustments. His demeanor was both courteous and knowledgeable, reflecting genuine expertise and pride in his craft. Dynamic Garage Door's pricing was refreshingly reasonable given the level of service and professionalism provided. In an era where reliability and communication are often lacking, this company exemplifies both. I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone seeking superior service and technical proficiency.
