Have tried to call them quite a few times to come out to replace it since it's still under warranty. Finally got a response back on Tuesday after having to text them a picture of my receipt and the broken spring, said it would be on Wednesday that they'd fix it. Asked them what time they would be out and never got a response back. Had to follow up with them again trying to confirm a time and received a response back saying sorry they were busy and that they'd be at my house by 6pm. I got back home and was notified that they never showed up and didn't even bother to call to let us know. Texted them again and got a response back "I promise tomorrow" and that they would call me back at 10am. It is now 330pm and still never got a response back.
