That is, after all, what a review is for. To clarify, I contacted you through this app on the 20th, you are correct. However, I called and spoke with someone on the 9th, 11 days before commenting through this app. He asked what I had to move, did it have stairs and where was I moving from and to where and also asked what date I needed you for. I told him the date that I had to be out by was the 30th and I could be flexible as long as it was by the 30th. He informed me that someone would be contacting me back with a price and date at that time. I never heard back anything by phone and even tried calling again with no answer a couple of times. I then posted through this app with the project scheduling on the 20th, four days before your defensive comment back to me, without an apology, I might add. If I could give zero stars for this company I would just on the basis of you not offering an apology for my experience and getting defensive with me when I'm just posting my experience with your company for others to be able to make an informed decision based on reviews. This isn't personal, I don't know you. I just simply did not have a good experience with your company.

The staff (Sharon & Jeremy) were beyond anything we could ask for. Sleeves are still a little long, plenty long enough to have shortened above those buttonholes. Plus they're different lengths though my arms aren't different. Owner did not care. Said she doesn't do buttonholes, that someone else does them. So she's not responsible? Said they could fix but would cost more and take more time. Was $50 to shorten sleeves and pants. I will find another tailor.

I find here to be a bit more safe and secure than the other laundry house up the road…read more They have upgraded to include new front load washers and dryers. The frontend washers are okay not the best as you cannot use beads or pods like in top load once the machines start. I also found you could not use fabric softener load as it would be dissolved when the detergent went in during wash cycle. The dryers I found to have the temp set a bit to low. Other locals I dry with 2 quarters here took 4. The machine prices are on par with cities such as Detroit And NY. If in area again I would use I just know to use top loader if pod or beads and expect spend more on dryers than normal
