Ronnie was quick to respond, competitively priced and he also had a lot of knowledge and experience plus references and photos of previous jobs. Ronnie recommended a schedule of works and he stuck to the price and the time scale agreed. He did thorough preparation, removing old pointing and using techniques which did not damage the remaining stone, he then cleaned out all the surfaces and we agreed on which colour of pointing to go with after reviewing some samples he had installed on my wall. The final result was excellent and I have authorised him to use photographs of my house as references for the future. He cleaned up all the debris after he was finished too!
