I had 7 different reps to my house to work on my AC and spent upwards of a couple thousand dollars with no resolution. The techs from Heating and air were able to fix the issue. It's great to have a properly functioning AC unit again! The techs were polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I have a Lennox, which not every tech is qualified to work on. US Air has techs specifically trained to work on Lennox systems. The customer service was excellent as well. They answer their phones every time I called and were always available to answer any questions I had. NOTE: I had every major AC company in the area work on my unit. He inspected the unit outside, took pictures to show me what he observed (I had a Duke surge protector) and cleaned the coils. Did a thorough inspection of the unit inside. I was impressed enough that I signed up for the annual maintenance plan! It includes summer and winter maintenance and 10% discounts on labor/parts if needed. In my opinion, the annual maintenance was well within my expectations. I am a brand new owner of the condo and it meant a lot that he took the time to walk me through everything. I would highly recommend this company and definitely Matt hands-down! You can tell they're invested in building and maintaining relationships and that means a lot these days. Oh! I have Thad them out 3 times to cut my lawn. This week they came out charged me the normal price and didn't cut anything but the front yard and they did a horrible job at that!! They left yard clippings all over- ran it over with the mower didn't "cut" it (see pictures) and didn't trim anything. When I called in to asked if they were coming back to cut the backyard and fix this they said they were too busy. They said they would have a supervisor call me and I have yet to hear from him. (Update) on owners comment! I didn't receive a call that a complete and utter lie! Everyone notice that the pictures posted are from the owner, not customers. Are they real reviews if the owner posted them? I the following day had another company come out and "fix" your work and they did a great job for so much less than your job which didn't cut the grass you mushed it over. He also commented on the trim job your company did which was over a foot to my pavers. I've posted that picture to show the "rush" job this company did.
