This week they came out charged me the normal price and didn't cut anything but the front yard and they did a horrible job at that!! They left yard clippings all over- ran it over with the mower didn't "cut" it (see pictures) and didn't trim anything. When I called in to asked if they were coming back to cut the backyard and fix this they said they were too busy. They said they would have a supervisor call me and I have yet to hear from him. (Update) on owners comment! I didn't receive a call that a complete and utter lie! Everyone notice that the pictures posted are from the owner, not customers. Are they real reviews if the owner posted them? I the following day had another company come out and "fix" your work and they did a great job for so much less than your job which didn't cut the grass you mushed it over. He also commented on the trim job your company did which was over a foot to my pavers. I've posted that picture to show the "rush" job this company did. If you want an experienced lawn company don't go with an air conditioning company.... Try a yard company instead- Blade Force 980-250-3673. They only do yards... it's their specialty!!

Demetri was extremely thorough, running proper load calculations and explaining "good, better, best" equipment options without any pressure or upselling. They right sized the system for my home and relocated the outdoor unit so it was no longer in front of a bedroom window. The install team--Anthony, Manny, and Jose--finished the job in about 8 hours instead of the 12 originally estimated, worked quickly and professionally, cleaned up everything, and even swept off my driveway. The next day, Demetri and Anthony moved the return to a lower, more aesthetically pleasing location where I can easily change the filter, and while they were there, they also adjusted and cleaned the ignitor on my gas fireplace, which had stopped working--an extra touch that demonstrated true customer service. After getting three estimates, going with Kodiak HVAC was absolutely the right choice and I would highly recommend them.

Matt came out within the window originally provided, he was extremely professional, very patient with my questions, offered a variety of proactive suggestions for my HVAC. He inspected the unit outside, took pictures to show me what he observed (I had a Duke surge protector) and cleaned the coils. Did a thorough inspection of the unit inside. I was impressed enough that I signed up for the annual maintenance plan! It includes summer and winter maintenance and 10% discounts on labor/parts if needed. In my opinion, the annual maintenance was well within my expectations. I am a brand new owner of the condo and it meant a lot that he took the time to walk me through everything. I would highly recommend this company and definitely Matt hands-down! You can tell they're invested in building and maintaining relationships and that means a lot these days. Oh! And I am really interested in the UV system that seems to be a better option for my type of HVAC set up. If I can swing it, I will definitely be contacting them for the install. Again, Matt really knows his business and the best solution for my set up.
