My experience was not positive and I am out over $200 with a hole left in my ceiling from the water mitigation company they sent out. Communication was very lacking. They absolutely did not fully review the nuances of my policy before having me sign the retainer agreement (20% retainer). I sent them my policy in its entirety and they lied straight to my face and told me that it was good to go. My claim was partially denied, which they did not explain. Then they launched me over to another law firm to try and get me to sign another retainer agreement (this one for up to 40%). Thankfully, the secondary law firm I was sent to spend time with me on the phone and was honest with me that the way my policy was written, would've left me with nearly nothing after fees, and my deductible came out. It is disgusting that you would do this to a single parent just trying to scrap along. Do not do it! I am warning you!
