During this six month period of time, our tile and carpet were replaced, our kitchen island rebuilt and walls and molding repainted; all in our absence. Fortunately, communication was very thorough between us, our insurance company and FireService. Upon our return to Florida, we were told the work was done, which it was. However, multiple items had to be touched up and looked at again, which was dependent on our observation.
