The technician transformed what could have been a stressful process into something oddly satisfying, operating that industrial shredder with the precision of a sushi chef handling bluefin tuna. What Stood Out: Security Theater - Watched my sensitive documents become confetti through the truck's viewing window Executive-Level Service - The technician arrived with what I can only describe as "documentary evidence" of proper disposal Punctuality Perfection - Scheduled for 2pm, arrived at 1:58pm (I timed it) Unexpected Bonus: They provided a certificate of destruction so official-looking, I half expected it to be notarized.

This was the only place I could take that amount to and have it shredded easily. The folks there were helpful and the cost was very reasonable. Most of the places I called wanted to schedule a pickup at my house. It was easier for me to take my boxes there and do it in Clifton Park. I would go to 3N again.

I…read moredidn't write down the names of the men who did it, but AGAIN they were super considerate and just great, honoring my favorite things and being careful, and yet going at a good speed. There were repairs to do for 2 pieces (and fair enough - they were handmade and poorly constructed for moving). I was dreading the process of getting it fixed and they were SO great about it! They (very nicely) offered me the choice of going through insurance, and sent me the forms, or having Sean come over and fix it. I was THRILLED to get this resolved easily and immediately! He came over, fixed them, and all was FAB! They look normal and it was fast and easy and that they were so nice about it was a real treat. REALLY positive experience. I also use them for storing things, and that's SUCH a nice option to have. I like that I can access it as I want (and there's a fee, but fine) and that it's stored so animals can't get in (self-storage really doesn't guarantee that), and the temperature keeps the furniture healthy. AND I had to go in the other day and put in a really heavy box. They very nicely gave me a hand. This is a really professional group, who are also very kind and understanding. Totally worth it. Hey - I read a review that said they were pricey. I was genuinely surprised as I shopped around and found them very reasonable for what they offered. Just saying. YAY MASON!!
