The staff at Exit 1 RV were never pushy, and unlike every other place I contacted, they NEVER hounded me with phone calls, emails, texts, etc. Not once. Months after purchasing my camper, I continue to receive spam calls from big chain outfits I originally looked into (but didn't buy from), wooed by their flashy online prices. I'm a teacher, so please learn this from me: 1-The great prices that chain stores offer online exclude pretty much...EVERYTHING. Exit 1 RV includes it ALL. Believe them. 2-THINK about where you will get your camper serviced. They all need service, just like your car. If you get a GREAT chain store deal (see #1, it isn't so great), or FB marketplace deal, where will you get it serviced? Think ahead. Exit 1 provides great local service. 3-The personal touch. When we picked up our camper, my husband and I stopped for coffee first. We spent hours, led by Exit 1 staff, leisurely going through our camper and asking EVERY question, flicking EVERY switch, moving EVERY hose, learning by doing. Do you think that happens when you buy a discount "clearance" camper online? No. We weren't rushed at all. We were encouraged to keep asking! This morning, 2 days after bringing the camper home, I opened my mailbox to find a hand written thank you note from Kelly, who guided us through the sales process. What more can I say, except, stop looking for the lowest number online, and head to Exit 1, where you CAN get a great deal, and you'll have a great experience as well.

The finance guy was rude & pressing for warranties. They listed the camper wrong on the paperwork for insurance/dmv as basecamp for the brand instead of airstream and it listed warranties I didn't receive or want on the sheet in "down payment". They switched the numbers after I bought it. The appointment we had wasn't an appt. "They were busy" with an event was the excuse for why they didn't go over anything with my husband when he picked it up. The camper had a hose not attached from the water heater repairs so when we filled the water tanks it was filling the inside of the camper. When I went to pick up the airstream the first time the water heater had broken and then they found the special water filter (REI version) was also broken. It was supposed to be ready to go. I drove 3 hours to not be able to get the camper home. I paid a lot of money for this camper and they left us high and dry from pickup time. They still haven't fixed the feet or sent us replacement feet. The sewer hose is still broken too. Awful customer service. I agree that they're nice when they're selling it to you and as soon as they're done with the sale and they get the deal, they could care less about you. I would never go there again. My first time buying something on my own and they were terrible to me.

We were excited to try the tube and the water skis that came with the boats. However, we did have an issue with the tube as it was a bit deflated. We ended up taking time to go back to the marina for a replacement which unfortunately also deflated after a couple of rides. So if you're looking for a tubing-forward experience, just something to be aware of. Other than that, we would definitely recommend.
