He did a walk through, quoted me, and the following week did the work. Showed up on time, did the work efficiently, communicated with my tenants, and was done in and hour and a half. I would highly recommend these guys for all your locksmithing needs. Thanks!

After traveling all the way from Maine, I realized I had brought the wrong key with me and had no choice but to call a locksmith. As luck would have it, a technician from Dion Locksmith was already on-site working on another job and kindly agreed to help me out afterward. While I truly appreciated the locksmith's willingness to assist and found him to be professional and efficient, I was very surprised (and disappointed) to be charged a $98 emergency service fee on top of the labor cost--especially considering I didn't request an urgent dispatch, and he was already there. I understand that companies have policies, but in this case, the policy felt unfair and inflexible. Charging for an "emergency visit" when no extra travel or urgency was involved doesn't sit right. Bottom line: The technician himself was great, but the pricing policy felt excessive and lacked transparency. If you ever find yourself locked out at U-Haul, bring a drill and a flat-head screwdriver--you may not need a locksmith at all.
