There are multiple locations throughout the surrounding Atlanta area making it convenient to make an appointment not too far from home. My wife injured her back while we were on vacation out of state, & after a visit to a local hospital via ambulance, the emergency room did virtually nothing other than assign her to a room & periodically look in on her...not even an X-ray of her spine to see if anything was out of place! After over 3-hours laying on the bed they prescribed some pain pills to pick up & showed us the door. Once we got back from a long and painful car ride we contacted the Holly Springs office & were able to be seen by Dr. Evans the next day! The first thing he did was, you guessed it, AN X-RAY! After determining a course of action he went to work making a series of adjustments & massage treatment that immediately had her standing straighter & walking more like normal, with a lot less pain!! The staff could not have been more pleasant, friendly & professional as well, so if you're ever in need of chiropractic help look no further than Georgia Chiropractic & Massage!

Long post warning: If I could double the amount of five…read morestars for the Mustard Seed Chiropractic facility, I would have to give it ten stars and then multiply that number by ten again because this is how absolutely fabulous Dr. G.'s practice is and how much I really appreciated my first visit here. To start, when I stepped into the entryway, Dr. G. gave me a warm welcome as the pleasant scent of a diffuser provided a sense of calm. But, I remained cautious of the scents because I have asthma and sometimes the constant permeated smells in a room will often trigger an attack. Nevertheless, I loved the scents and the warm friendly nature of Dr. G. As I completed the new patient check in which was also offered online prior to my appointment, Dr. G. was prepping for my visit. When I completed the paperwork, Dr. G. took me on the educational tour of his practice. One thing I know for sure is Dr. G's desire to provide education to his patients. He has the heart of a teacher. He wants people to have a sense of ownership with their chiropractic care and how this element can affect various aspects of our lives that we would never know. Dr. G. says that everything he does is with intention to help heal and restore so that pain and suffering will be a distant memory. This is a philosophy I can get behind. As Dr. G. guided me along the path, we finally sat down in his office to discuss the financial matters. I noticed a lovely message on his desktop whiteboard that really made me feel as if Dr. G. really wanted to earn my trust. And he did! It was a small gesture, but greatly appreciated. After the consultation, Dr. G. took out a state of the art digitized gadget to assess my condition. We discussed the meaningful process of what I would need from this point. Next, it was time for me to get another assessment with a few other high tech instruments. Once Dr. G., gave me his prescribed course of action, it was back cracking time...well almost. I was lead into a room with two black tables with a cushy middle section. These were the massage tables. I was given three minutes on this wonderful machine. I tried to beg for one hour but of course that was ridiculous. Good thing I only held this thought in my head and not out of my mouth. After the tables, Dr. G., took me into another room for the adjustment. Dr. G., talked to me throughout the room. He guided me through each step. I literally felt better immediately. Dr. G. is an amazing chiropractor. I am so fortunate to find this practice within my area. I highly recommend Mustard Seed Chiropractic. Thank you Dr. G. Sent from my iPhone

Some of these might even seem gimmicky to the untrained eye and yet they all serve a purpose and make the experience all that more invigorating! As my insurance company changed, so did my needs and also the services I needed with who I went with in terms of chiropractic care and my last one did not accept my insurance so I looked long and hard. My insurance company website had this location as one that is great! The hours were decent but what sets them apart is their comprehensive care! They specialize in auto accident and other such spinal ailments so my issue wasn't as dire but still, for me, chiropractic adjustment is needed for preventative measures and general wellness. So I had to check this place out for sure. Upon entry, they make you fill out a new patient form and it's probably the easiest thing to do. Your initial visit is also the longest as Dr. Smith ensures that everything they do is done thoroughly. It might be comprehensive but it is extensive to ensure that everything is done properly, professionally, and provides the best care possible before any actual adjustment. In order to do that, they take an x-ray and discuss areas of concern, then take you to their E-stim machines which basically means, they attach diodes to your lower back and base of your neck and electrically stimulate your muscles to relax them for about 10 minutes which is probably the funkiest yet relaxing feeling you'll get. Next they transfer you to their hydro massage bed which is basically a water bed that sprays jets into your back at rapid pulses to further relax your muscles. Then Dr. Smith goes to work. Once she explains your areas of concern, she then makes the adjustments. And then once done, explains what she'd like to see happen and then provide your next steps as well as payment, insurance offerings, and the next visit. All in all, the experience was great and I think I may have found my new chiropractic care!!! Highly recommend!!!

They Missed My Appointment Twice on the Same Day…read more When I first visited the office in person on this Monday, Dr. Schenendorf (Dr. El) was very nice and friendly. However, her schedule is similar to mine, so I was referred to Dr. Lin because his availability better matched my schedule. The front desk receptionist, April, also told me that the office could offer me an online appointment, so I accepted that online appointment with Dr. Lin for the next day at 2:20 PM. The next day, I rearranged my lunch and work schedule so I could be available for the appointment. Unfortunately, Dr. Lin did not attend the 2:20 PM appointment. At 3:21 PM, I was contacted and told that he had been busy with another patient. I understood that unexpected delays can happen, so I agreed to reschedule the appointment for 4:20 PM that same day. Unfortunately, the second appointment was also missed. At 5:27 PM, I was contacted again and told that Dr. Lin had been busy with a previous patient . I understand that medical offices can become busy and that unexpected delays may occur. However, having both appointments missed on the same day without being notified in advance was very frustrating. It made me feel that my time was not being respected. I had set aside couple of hours for these appointments and had rearranged my work and lunch schedule. Because I was not informed about the delays ahead of time, I also lost the opportunity to use that time productively. During Tuesday's phone conversation with April, I also felt that some of the responsibility was being placed on me because the office normally does not offer online appointments. I was told that the online appointment was offered because our schedules did not match and that online meetings were not considered secure. I would have liked to know in advance if Dr. Lin could not attend either appointment. Then, I could have continued working instead of waiting. I would like the office to acknowledge what happened and explain how this scheduling problem occurred. I would also like a confirmed appointment with Dr. Lin or another qualified provider. Please also confirm to other patients will be notified promptly if there is a delay in the future. Wish the office can improve its communication and scheduling practices so that other patients do not experience the same situation. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident.

I've heard great things about this place, but am somewhat torn in my review. And again, maybe my expectations were to basically be better by now. Who I am kidding? That's what I definitely expected after shelling out over $600 in services here in a matter of 3 weeks, and the fact that the first chiropractor I saw said I would be training in no time. This place is definitely efficient. I felt like I was one in an assembly line. I felt rushed every time I was there. Staff was friendly though. On my most recent adjustment, I saw a different chiropractor than the first one, and he said that high hamstring injuries take longer to heal, and I should not expect to be running fully in another two to four weeks. Well, dismayed as I was to hear this, I felt the first chiropractor should have been real with me. He told me to start training again, and I couldn't even fully run yet. I am glad I held off on speedwork, because that definitely could have set me way back. So I'm disappointed and somewhat frustrated. The office is super nice, and offers coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and small waters. I guess with the probable cost each patient generates, I can see why.
