Manager in the store Needs to be fired as she has no idea how to deal with the public. The man that helped me, I think one of the only men that works in the store. There was extremely helpful and had a lot of good customer relations ability. The storm was so awful. I will not be going back to it.

The price tags were too high (some were even higher than you could have found them at retail for), the selection was awful, and several items were very worn, out of style, or even damaged. I felt like everything was XL, next common was the size Smalls, then Larges, ending with the elusive Mediums. Everything is organized by size, but the method is extremely confusing. The employee who was there was nice, but for half of my visit, I couldn't figure out if she was an employee or customer. After walking around trying to find size mediums, looking baffled I'm sure, I finally asked her if she worked there. I asked her where mediums were and she pointed in a vague direction. I eventually figured out that each rack was a different size, or at least I think? Other racks were sorted by color. Maybe eye catching but not practical. When I asked if they had any size 6 shoes, she acted like I was a unicorn with two heads and told me they never ever got a size 6 in. (I've never had trouble finding size 6 shoes, ever.) The store isn't super easy to get to, and make sure you bring some change for the parking meters. Avoid the morning and evening commutes because you can easily get stuck in Downtown Akron among all of its construction. I can recommend 5 local thrift stores that have better items, prices, and services than Blue. It's a good idea in theory, just very poorly executed. (Thinks it's because I'm a size medium with size 6 feet? )

They can figure out what will look good on you in the first 30 seconds and will only bring you things that do. This shop has something for everyone. I've had the pleasure of watching this shop grow from the very beginning. In fact, I was Adam Sabol's first customer when he opened, and my dollar bill still hangs on the wall to this day. It's been amazing to watch how far the shop has come -- it's a full-blown collector's paradise. Every inch of the store is filled with something cool -- from carefully displayed, carded figures lining the walls to bins and bags of treasure waiting to be dug through. The chaos is part of the charm, and yet somehow everything feels just right. If you're into DC, Marvel, Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, G.I. Joe, Star Wars, or pretty much any toy line that ever meant something, odds are you'll find it here. Adam himself is one of the best parts of the experience. Tons of comics, and a nice selection of Funko Pops. But what really impressed me was their collection of action figures. I love collecting Pops and action Figures. Everyone who works here is more than experienced when it comes to running, some of them are even coaches at local schools! A lot of them run all the local marathons, which is so cool to hear! Almost all of them have given me small bits of advice while they watch me run, and all the advice has been just what I never knew I needed! When you're trying on shoes, they try to give you about three different brands to try. I've been using Saucony Everun Ride 150's, but my high school cross county and track coach who works here recommended some Mizunos to train for my half marathon in. I LOVE THEM! I've only ever used ASICS and Saucony, but I was blown away with my Mizunos when I test ran them. That's another thing! They let you test run the shoes! They always tell you to go outside their store and run some to see how they feel. This has been extremely helpful! Shoes I would have bought had I (not practice ran them) ended up feeling like they were gonna fall off while I ran or pinched my toes. Seriously, I don't think you should go anywhere else for your running shoes! This is your place!

It carried the exact Yakima box I wanted and it was in stock! Reserved this box on Yakima's website and it was ready when I got there. Walked in and was instantly greeted by a nice young guy. He got my details and get this....he asked me if I wanted it installed. "How much?" I said "Absolutely free!" He said. I wanted to marry him right then and there. FREE INSTALL? Sweet mother of monkey milk....of course. He got that thing installed faster than a knife fight in a phone booth and we were on our way. Great customer service....albeit a bit pricier than big box stores. I think it is worth it!
