Craig was meant to do our bathroom and left it a absolute mess. He never showed up when he said he would. Panels all cut wonky. Toilet ended up leaking causing more damage. Exposed electrics. He walked out halfway through the job saying that what we paid for was only materials which was a lie.The whole job had been paid for. He told us that he was declaring his business bankrupt which he hasn't as he is still trading now.
Craig still to this day has the keys to the apartment saying that he had misplaced them. My mum dealt with Craig from the beginning and he stopped answering his phone, when I called him he finally answered and became aggressive.
We literally heard every excuses from under the sun as to why he wasn't turning up to work - broken fingers, kids being taking off him by social, homeless, people after him from Liverpool.
