I am nearly 200 miles from her and she rang to say her toilet was filling constantly and flooding outside. I am not able now to drive that distance so a couple of phone calls I got Aigburth Plumbing phone number. It was Saturday but to leave the loo pouring all weekend would be very bad and expensive. Not checking opening times I rang in desperation! The response by the person that answered the phone was "IS IT BUSINESS?", I got part of a sentence out about problem and the phone was slammed down without a word!! How rude, just a sorry we are closed but you could try... No chance. Absolutely disgusting.

Exposed electrics. He walked out halfway through the job saying that what we paid for was only materials which was a lie.The whole job had been paid for. He told us that he was declaring his business bankrupt which he hasn't as he is still trading now. Craig still to this day has the keys to the apartment saying that he had misplaced them. My mum dealt with Craig from the beginning and he stopped answering his phone, when I called him he finally answered and became aggressive. We literally heard every excuses from under the sun as to why he wasn't turning up to work - broken fingers, kids being taking off him by social, homeless, people after him from Liverpool. There are several bad reviews going around on social media about him drinking on the job and taking drugs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
