Adette's made me a cake for my 40th bday while vacationing in Palm Coast. It was perfect. Moist, delicious and not too sweet-- just the way I like it. I ordered the strawberry cake which was on point for an early summer bday celebration on the water. Thanks Al! It was terrific.

My dear Flagler county residents. I have to say as a New Yorker that the best cheesecake in the entire world is no longer in New York City. The best cheesecake in the entire world now resides in Palm Coast Florida. I have never had a cheesecake as wonderful as what I just received from Adettes Bakery, it was light creamy made with both cream cheese and mascarpone cheese with their secret recipe. I cannot express enough wonderful things to say about this cheesecake. It is made to order. I now know that I no longer have to have Cheesecake shipped from New York City. I worked for Juniors World Famous Cheesecake in NYC and have owned a few restaurants of my own for many years. I highly recommend you try this cheesecake but Im not sharing mine!

I went for ONE THING and Adette's did not disappoint! I LOVE Lobster Tail Pastries, Adette's is the ONLY place, within an hours ride away, that makes these. I was finally off from work on a day they are open and was able to drive down to get me some. I could not be happier, the vanilla custardy filling was piped in from top to bottom! This is the third day, and they are still CRUNCHY!! We will be back... hopefully, before that, they will bring me some at the place I work. LOL read more

Update review. Ordered for thanksgiving since I thought it will be my day off out of the kitchen. These are the things I ordered Croissants - 4.5*Definitely worth ordering again Honey corn bread- 2* would not order again Multigrain bread- it was huge , dense enough and good Mashed potato - 4* creamy , yummy Sweet potato pie-3* crust is great but the filling can be better Sfogliatelle- 4* awesome treat Cranberry sauce -2.5* it's ok but I was not really into cranberry too. Tip- they do order online. The bakery shop is closed only for pick up. So make sure to plan ahead. I love that we have French bakery in town. Support our locals. I would like to start by saying they were the nicest people I have ever done business with. I called the shop and asked them about lobster tale pastry. He said he had 2 left.I asked him to save them for me.I was coming from saint Augustine.He said he would they filled him fresh for me when I got down there.The best ones i've ever eaten. Everything we have tried from Adette's has been amazing! Most recently ordered the chocolate chip cookie bombs and magic bars as well as the chicken pate. Large, moist and flavorful treats. The pate is a wonderful texture and delicious. You won't be disappointed with anything you order from here. read more

You will love cheesecake and chocolate cake here. Just don't come expecting a French bakery. Remember people can name a restaurant anything they wish. If you want to test the authenticity of a "French" bakery speak to them in French and see if a French person speaks to you. read more

They are offering freshly made items from the bakery---the ciabatta bread is best around! This is one special place with some very special people and oh and they make the most EXCELLENT cake. I dont have enough words to say what a magnificent job they did. My only regret is that I cant give them 10 stars and that I live in NJ and dont have the ability to shop there on a regular basis. We needed a cake for my husband's parents and I wanted some very specific things. It needed to be special, it was their 65th anniversary. AL is the epitome of old school customer SERVICE with a heart of God. There wasn't enough he could do to accommodate my requests. It was the best cake my Mother-in-law ever had. They were so happy with it. If you are one of the many people from the Northeast now living in Florida who bemoan the fact that you no longer have at your disposal a good old-school Italian pastry bake shop, you are in luck. Stopped by to see what was available but then I was informed they were doing online ordering/curb side pickup. The person working there was kind enough to let us sample the sfogliatella and it was delicious and the pasta was crispy and flaky, the filling was light, very flavorful with an orange zest. Absolutely the best St. Joseph's Day pastry I've ever had, as a matter of fact, make that by far!! Ordered 4 pastry, 2 custard filled and 2 cannoli filled, out of this world good, the box was so heavy I thought they might have given me the wrong order! When I opened the box to my surprise it was in fact my 4 pastry, picture perfect! Enjoyed every bite!! Can't wait to pick up my Easter Grain Pie on Good Friday!! We decided to try an array of items - French Dip - our friend said it was good but she would try something different next time. Breakfast sandwich - sausage, egg & cheese on a croissant. Decent sandwich but a little dry for my husband's taste. He is used to the croissant having more of a buttery flavor. But that's just his preference. Special of the day Crepe - filled with chicken, spinach & artichoke with Swiss cheese. The inside had a good flavor and the side of the potatoes were cooked perfectly with the delicious cream and cheese. The cheese had a nice crunch on the top. The crepe had a nice flavor but I prefer my crepes to have a fluffier texture where these were a little "thick" and not as airy. But again, just my preference. We would go back and try other items on the menu.....this was our first time and we def think it's worth another visit!

The owner, Mr. Alex, is incredibly hospitable and wants to ensure your time at the Jacked Up Bean is worthwhile. I enjoyed my Earl Grey while listening to the smooth jazz sounds in the background. This is a wonderful place to just chill and enjoy the tranquility. It's great whether you're on your own or with a group. There's ample seating to accommodate your needs. About two months ago, we had a need to order cream puffs. It's not a regular item made or sold by Adette's. They went above and beyond by making them special for us, even calling afterward to ensure the person for whom they were special-ordered liked them. He did! He likened them to an old Italian recipe of his sister's. Thank you, Adette's. Job very well done! Would recommend them to anyone who likes bakery items. We were very fortunate they catered to our needs. Made the day of an elderly relative who asked for cream puffs special. Thank you! read more

This is a question. Does this place actually open ? I've walked by this place many times and it's always closed. There's a phone number posted at the door with a message to call if you want service. This is a new bakery, bistro that hasn't even opened for in house dining, but is open for pickup orders. I brought some breads, mushrooms pate and honey butter to a party. Absolutely wonderful. Owners are dedicated to quality. Will be ordering again soon! I cant wait for their official opening! read more

I placed an order for a birthday cake and cannolis for a family party and everyone said they were the best they had ever had. I also bought a pound of the Grana cheese because the price can't be beat. We'll definitely order again soon! read more
