Well well well Adecco I thought I was going to be a steppingstone and it was a complete spit in my face they talked about Aberration, (Paper work act reduction 1937) Went with it because they've been scaring the crap out of me!!!! I was told by the agency and staff I was going to be paid by a third-party. I was notified that my background had not cleared but somebody That has the authority too override it did. I kept asking daily and emailing if in fact my background Came through or not .So now I'm thinking somethings wrong And if there is It's against the law. ( In my head I'm like immediately lawsuit but then I'm like no man I just wanna fucking live let me live let me work) Like a really I have not been criminally convicted or subpoenaed for any crime besides a DUI...So anyways I put my second thoughts away and I continue to work and clock in it would say unscheduled no name So on Wednesday was like something Is not right..So being Miss Michelle investigator IP addresses and all security pen i wrote down my schedule took some information down and on Friday I clocked out and saw that I had zero hours!!! I went outside of the building cried for about three hours cause I kind of knew it in my heart this was just not gonna work and the people there were very rude that trained me . They all had like a hate for me and I didn't know why until I left Friday I'm driving and I have it on recording yes I do I do that a girl is sitting at 4 o'clock in the morning outside with me in Beaumont talking about I do sexual favors for cigarettes her boss showed her a picture of my friends ugly tattoo on his forearm that I went with her money when I go to the casinos / hotel Oh I she said she was thought I was a crazy bitch I suck at work I hope bunch of bullshit threatening as usual. This company Could in fact be a good company just really bad bad employees and there was more than just one bad bad bad bad bad stay away they will send you to a whole bunch people that don't like your ass if you are an aberration. It's like even if you hate somebody you have to be mindful that you are at all times be professional and you give it your all with the fake attitude whatever because you're representing Adecco. represent Adecco and show that even though you don't like somebody You kill them with kindness and when somebody is paying you and you're on the clock you better fake it till you make it unless otherwise told But even if told I was always taught showing somebody how angry they make you is giving that person satisfaction so think about it . Put a smile on your face be the best trainer there is and you're gonna do what needs to be done because you are representing a company not representing yourself please learn how to be business orientated thank you very much they stole my whole check ha ha yeah I'm going to get the labor board and go above and beyond but I'll get there thank you very much have a nice day God bless! read more

I have dealt with so many agencies in San Diego and it's so funny they will advertise positions and tel you to come and register and when you go there and waste hour to two hours of your time they say oh they don't have anything now... then came adecco, omg one year now almost and I have not gone without work for more than a week or two. So, I was put in the black list. I found years later and they told me that i would be permitted to be hired forever. Agency never told me why and what everything was in secret.
