Victor was great with letting us know they were heading our way and even asked to come early (which was more than welcomed). The crew was able to make the bedroom and bathroom feel brand new again with all their efforts. Victor let us know they offer carpet cleaning services as well. Lucky for us, they were able to accommodate this during their visit. The bedroom, stairs and entry area looked beautiful. They left fans to allow the carpet to dry. She said ya cash or check only I said I would have brought a check I wish you would have told me she put the blame on me "you didn't ask" and had her cleaners follow me to the bank after dark . Very uncomfortable and to top it off I couldn't and never have gotten any receipt or invoice for my $480 cash payment. You wouldn't know it today because the house shines as though it were new. They cleaned things I didn't know were there and needed cleaning! Plus, everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional whether on the phone or by email. Their communication with me was great. I never wondered, "Are they coming?" They kept me informed. I would like to underscore that the cleaners were lovely people who took pride in their work - well-deserved pride. Although the deep cleaning service isn't inexpensive, it's worth the cost. I depend on the team to care for my home in between guests and to not just clean, but to also make the home "hosting ready" with laundry service, checking to ensure the fridge is free of old items, checking inside cabinets, etc. I am not always able to swing through the home in between guests but I can absolutely trust that the team has cleaned and prepared the home with attention to detail. I received a great range of quotes and Sparkle & Shine Cleaning got back to me quickly and asked the right questions to dial in a reasonable quote (I had received some pretty high quotes). They showed up when scheduled and brought a sufficient sized crew and equipment to get the house very clean. This wasn't an easy job as the house was lived-in for 10 years with kids.. and that's all I'm going to say about that. I was even given tips on how to deal with the deposits/stains that are common in the area from our very hard water. No Show - No Go…read more.... My wife was searching for a local company to clean our house every month. We liked the reviews for 805 House Cleaning so she contacted them using the Thumbtack service. They made an appointment for 3 PM on a Friday to visit our place and give us an estimate. When they didn't show by 330 PM, my wife left them a voicemail. They called back about 415 PM to say they got behind on a job in Paso Robles and said they were available the next day - Saturday - in the morning or afternoon. We agreed on 11 AM. Saturday came and they never showed up. We waited an hour for a call or text, but no reply. We are reasonable people, but the search for a reliable house cleaner moves on.....and several neighbors in our Trilogy development will need to wait a bit longer for the outcome.
