The rate was reasonable for a few hours work, and he text me the evening before to confirm that he would be arriving at my house at the allotted time. He was really friendly and we had a good chat on the journey to the new flat, where he quickly unloaded all of my crap and wished me the best of luck. I had to move to the the block of flats next door and had been struggling with shifting stuff. As I could not face moving the sofa bed I called the man (actually men!) and van team. They went though what was needed for the move and were very responsive on email. For a price of £60/hour they provided two men and a van with a day's notice and moved all of my heavy stuff in less than two hours! They took great care over the items and took care when moving doing a job that that my friends and I would have taken the whole day to do and potentially damaged items. In terms of practicalities, there is a minimum spend of £90 with £30 of this paid by PayPal as a deposit, the rest is in cash. There is an extra charge for weekend (10% I think) and congestion area jobs but your 10% yelp discount should take care of that. Otherwise happy moving, this company makes it much easier!

I found the driver's phone number in the app, and called him for his status. All he said was "traffic man, what can I do" then hung up on me. When he did arrive he was clearly in no hurry, almost intentionally, despite how close we were to departure time. It is apparent that these folks don't care. A very similar thing happened on my last trip with them. They used to be dependable, but no more. I recommend finding another option for car service.

I had prebooked a taxi with your company to take me and my 80yr old disabled mum to the emirates stadium as we were going to see Robbie in concert. I knew transport was going to be issue so chose what I thought was a reputable company, how wrong was I, to PREBOOK and PAY for our journeys to take the STRESS out of the evening, ensuring we would be able to safely get back to our hotel at the docklands. The pick up journey taking us to the Emirates from the docklands, was amazing and the driver was super helpful and professional and I thought I'd definitely made the right choice in booking with your company. However how wrong could I be.  We arranged to meet the taxi at Holloway station at 0004 as it gave us enough time to exit the stadium and ensure we could get to the collection point in plenty of time. When it got to 0004 I called the office after fighting past an automated bot to speak to a call handler to ask where our taxi was, as I hadn't had any correspondence from your company since I made the booking, yet for the pick up I had messages to let me know my driver was on their way etc. This woman stated that they didn't have a driver available for our pick up and would keep us updated. Now if I had been calling to book a taxi immediately that made perfect sense, BUT I had PREBOOKED & PAID for collection at 0004. when I asked the call handler what she meant she said, we dont have any drivers free for your booking. Now again this was PREBOOKED on the 6th June 24 hrs before we needed the taxi.  I explained that this was for an 80yr disabled lady with a mobility scooter hence why I PREBOOKED so that the vehicle could take the scooter. I then got told to make my own provision to get back to my hotel. So your company were happy to leave 2 women, one of which is 80yrs and disabled, to find their own way across London in the middle of the night.  I dont understand how you can get away with scamming people to pay upfront for a PREBOOKING then just not fulfil the booking.  I will be sharing this awful experience all across.my social media and especially the disability groups advising them to never use use your company as its appalling that your staff treated an 80yr disabled person like this, what if it was their mother or nan who had been left stranded, would they have been happy. Your company was willing to leave 2 females stranded in London, at that time of night with no care at all, but of course why would you when you had my money in your bank already. I ordered some items from Japan and noticed that the company was sending them to my old address. I…read morecontacted FedEx, long before my package had even reached the UK, and asked them to change the delivery address. They said no problem, it would take 24-48hrs and confirmed that my package would be delivered to my new address. Well, imagine my surprise when they delivered it to my old address. I raised a case with them and they confirmed that the change of address had been requested on their system but not actioned. Now, and I nearly fell off my chair they are claiming that my request to change the address was AFTER they had already delivered I pointed out that they have the chats. I had two chats with their reps. The first was the change request and the second an escalation when they delivered to the wrong address. I know they have both chats as the agent on the second chat said he would attach the second chat to the escalation. FedEx claim that there is no way to identify the date and time of the chats, something I don't believe for a second. I'd they just read the content of the first chat, even if they can't find the date, it would be obvious from the dialogue that the chat was pre delivery. FedEx know they cocked up and are just trying to cover it up. Shame on you FedEx!

The guys who came to do the moving were nice, lovely, attentive, polite. As soon as I pointed out some of the things were fragile, they told me: "We treat everything as fragile" and that's true! Not everything was packed properly by me but it all arrived perfectly intact. They took exactly the time I thought to load/unload, they showed to me how everything was secured in the van, then I went on the van with them to the new destination. They even wanted to place the boxes in separate areas in my new flat! No need really, it's a studio flat... All they asked for afterwards was to quickly wash their hands, I even offered them a drink (it was bloody hot and still they didn't sweat a bit!) but they kindly refused, off to the next job. Also, they asked me to go and check the van before they left, to make sure they haven't left/stolen anything. I would've paid even double for such a service!

I called and found it was the same rude woman on the phone again and, again, she made it seem like it was my fault that the van 'broke down'. I was absolutely fed up and cancelled the whole order; something that was supposed to be a nice gesture from my mother who lives half way across the world became a burden to me and I am appalled by the service.
