Had walked by it so many times because it was near the house. We had gone around 8pm with a couple of people. Super friendly staff. Tried so many wines and bought a lot of them too. Check them out if you a wine type of person. Prices are great also.

This is a hidden gem in Queens and I'm so glad I stumbled upon it! It's a super cute wine shop- not your average liquor store. The music, atmosphere and decor have you feeling like you're in another country. They have wine tastings on the weekend with a very fine selection of wine from all over the world. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Just stopping in there to pick up a bottle of wine is such an enjoyable experience.

Cool wine spot in Jackson heights/east elmhurst !! Who knew!!????

I think it's overhyped. Wine selection is not as expected (in the tasting house). Staff were very friendly though!

I spoke to a woman in the bathroom and she said even if you don't have a reservation, you can always find a spot on the grass or chairs. There's plenty of room to hang out. Our server Les was incredible! You can tell when you have a great experienced waiter that is truly good at their job and love what they do! Pay him whatever he wants and never let him go! He truly made the dining experience above and beyond. I ordered the Sauvignon Blanc and he asked me if I wanted a glass or a bottle and I told him I couldn't drink a bottle because I had to drive home. He told me if I was gonna have two glasses. It would end up being about equal to the bottle price and that I could take the rest of the wine home! What a nice surprise, and the fact that he pointed out made me feel like he goes above and beyond for his customers! Now let's talk about the food! I was in a party of three and they had ordered the appetizer sandwich for the table which was gigantic! Both of the other guests love the sandwich, but I didn't try it because I do not like prosciutto. The truffle chips were fantastic; I'm still thinking about them and I didn't even know I liked truffle! I ate 90% of them. The portions are massive but in a good way because the food is exceptional! One guest was so full from the sandwich that she opted to not order an entrée I ordered the margarita flatbread and it had to be over a foot and a half long. I ended up taking half home and my husband ate it and said it was delicious as well. The other guest ordered the meatballs and I tasted them and they were quite delicious. By the time the meal was over we left with half a sandwich half a flatbread and some extra meatballs. For dessert: we got a llimoncello flute and I got the largest lemon beautifully presented with lemon sorbet! I told us I don't usually take pictures of my food, but this was photo worthy! The wine was one of my favorite Sauvignon Blanc that I've ever had in my life! We will definitely go back for the food and definitely will be purchasing the wine again! 4/5 food 10/5 for the service and ambience Thank you for a wonderful experience on a beautiful afternoon! Overall, ranking above five just due to the experience

The potato was pretty good took. I didnt mind so much grass (lettuce) for once. The cheese on top of the lettuce is pretty salty but the creamy dressing balances it out. The spicy sauce on the side was way too spicy for me. 3/5 Bavarian pretzel $17- pretzel itself is standard, comes with honey mustard, spicy brown mustard, & mayo sriracha. I liked both of the mustards. 3/5 Meat & cheese board $59- didn't try the meat or bread but comes with grapes, cranberries, dates, olives & nuts. Everything I tried was decent.

I say, My companion…read moreand I decided to venture up to America's Oldest Winery and we are rather pleased that we did! The Grounds are a series of mostly nineteenth and 20th century buildings which were improved and expanded upon as the winery's business and clientele grew. The tour and tasting were incredibly affordable at only $25 per-person and definitely worth the cost with an average of 5 glasses of wine and an hour long tour. That said, a couple of things could be improved upon. Firstly, our guide could have spoken much louder as we had a large group and certain factoids were difficult to hear. Secondly, the majority of the tour takes place underground in their active and historic cellars which, sadly, smell quite strongly of mold. Finally, the wine tasting was conducted without a glass of water to cleanse our palates. Instead, we were provided with a rather skint packet of oyster crackers. Despite the few shortcomings; the grounds and above-ground areas are well-organized, clean, and well-maintaned. The staff are courteous and the wines sampled were excellent, I even purchased a few bottles to take home. I hope to return another time when there are different wines in rotation! Good show! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The owners, Rebecca and Yvan, and their team were so helpful and accommodating from start to finish. It can be hard to choose the perfect wedding venue and at first, we weren't sure what to expect. But after our tour, we knew this was the place for us. The outdoor patio area was intimate, warm, and beautiful! We rented space heaters in case, but we didn't end up needing a tent - though My Kitchen can rent a tent if needed. We had the reception outside, with string lights hanging above. It created such a magical atmosphere as the sun set, and the lights added the perfect touch. We had about 40 guests and there was definitely enough space for all of us. Even though parking was limited, guests were able to easily find street parking in the surrounding residential area even on a Saturday night. Overall, we highly recommend this venue - beautiful space, exceptional professionals, and amazing service!
