So let me start with the positive... the 2 girls that did my mani and pedi were very nice. From the…read moretop view, the nails look very cute, nicely shaped, and the color came out nice. The salon appears clean and everyone wearing a uniform makes it look even better. They also offer you water, coffee or tea while you get your services, which is very nice.
Now for the negatives... I got cut on 3 different fingers from the girl filing my nails. I algo got left with a lot of acrylic product underneath my nail that could have been removed with the proper tip on an e-file. I also didn't get an itemized receipt to reference when paying, but it seems that I got charged extra for having 2 nails be a different color. I did get a couple of nails chromed, which I do believe has an extra cost... but I didn't think the other 2 with just a different color polish was extra. My friend I went with said that they do charge for this. I guess I was expecting the price to be less, but it was $67 for a gel mani and pedi. A day later 2 finger nails had chipped already.
Also, upon getting home and looking at my toes more closely, the nails are not as squared as I asked. I should have noticed this at the salon, but it was difficult to focus on both hands and feet after being ask to twist weird ways by putting one foot on top of the stool thing and taking out another hand as they were being worked on simultaneously.
Overall, I give the place a 3 out of 5. It's an okay spot but there are areas of improvement. I am open to trying them again, and maybe just getting a mani next time with nothing extra added.
