Brandon was hired to do tile work in our basement bathroom, grout and install shower doors. The first time he placed the tile up on the wall, my husband made him come back and redo it because it was uneven and some tiles were missing spacers so he wouldn't be able grout in-between the tile. Once he replaced the tile, his grout work is awful. its uneven, messy, and looks like a child did it. To make matters worse, Brandon installed the shower doors uneven, and now our shower doors will not close. It's as if they were on a hill, they keep sliding down the track and will not close. So with the elementary tile work he did, we now can not take a shower because the doors will not stay closed. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, we called him to fix the problem, in which he refused to fix the shower door and said he would refund us for the shower doors. After 7 business days we still did not received a refund, so we tried to call him. HE BLOCKED our number so we could no longer get ahold of him. I tried my sons phone, and sure enough we were able to get through. He refused to talk to us, refused to fix the problem and refused to refund us. Lessoned learned and I would never trust a contractor from the Next-door app again. If this was a bigger project I would have taken Brandon to court. I work in real-estate investments as a CM Project Manager and I have never experience such unprofessionalism before. They allowed us to install half the windows, but priced out for all the windows and Locke sin the price for a year. There was a slight l miscommunication about whether or not we would get the prices that were quoted if we ordered within a year of the first purchase, or whether they quoted that we'd pick in the discounts. Ultimately they offered us what they quoted (just ensure you have a clear understanding.) The installer is great, efficient, friendly, on time and clean. The windows are great so far. We notice a huge difference in the upstairs bedrooms that previously would be much colder than the rest of the house. It has also reduced the noise. I'd recommend getting a quote!

This company doesn't stand behind their work. I have a six year old window that was serviced by them four years after installation and now it has become apparent that there is some serious water damage under the window. Josh was extremely communicative and upfront through the entire process and met every deadline. The team showed up on-time every morning and were always reliable. They were so respectful in our household and cleaned-up after themselves everyday. In such a crazy time with COVID, it was nice to feel comfortable with them working on our house. For the kitchen, they did everything from taking walls down, to adjusting trim, adding tile, building a bar top, installing cabinets, installing and cutting down countertop and coordinating the plumber, electrician and flooring guys. They were very detail oriented and really made sure everything lined up and looked good.
