I can not say enough about this company and their employers. I had originally ordered four cases of company coffee mugs from national pen. They guaranteed shipment by a specific date. I called them several times to confirm that the order and delivery was on schedule and they reassured me on all three calls. 3 days before the guaranteed delivery date , I called them again and they told me that they would need an additional 10-15 days of production before delivery. I called adco marketing and Bernard made a miracle happen. He called me to confirm everything and even called me just to say thank you for the order. I ordered these mugs on Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday. Bernard even texted me pictures of the mugs. The communication between adco and myself was great, the staff is great, and the products are great. I would recommend everyone that has a business to include adco marketing as one of they're vendors. She continues to improve/ grow her online product offerings, very easy to search and find what is selling hot or top recommendations. Request for quotes are done very quickly, if not within 30 minutes they are responding back in just a few hours at most. They are personable and friendly to work with and understand their customer's needs. When HOT items are needed right away they have estimated the fast delivery time and met that promise. Their prices are in-line with any others but the top end service is really fantastic and I believe sets them apart. The sales representative that helped me was named Bernard Donahue, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He allowed me to order the units in a variety of colors all in one shipment. When the product arrived,the logo printing was crisp, clear, and consistent and the product was exactly the level of quality I expected. Since I found the same product at another company for less money, not only did Bernard agree to price match, he was able to beat their price while offering customer service that was far superior to that other company.
