This is when I came across Diaz Screen Printing & Embroidery and decided to give them a try. I called with no expectations and I kid you not, that was the best decision I could have made. Junior ensured every detail - from font, thread color to placement - was precise with customer satisfactory. My stole was completed in less than a day and additional edits I requested over text were done without issue. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to get their grad stole embroidered to come here! 10/10 experience and made the grad process less stressful :) Thank you to Junior and his hardworking team!

The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.
