The facility is well-lit and accessible any time using a customer access code. It seems a bit pricey but the quality is better than any other storage facility I've viewed in Victoria. I would have preferred that they bill on a monthly basis, but they use a 4-week billing schedule. What that means is that you make 13 payments per year instead of 12. I would also love if they would introduce smaller storage units. Their smallest unit is 5 feet by 5 feet.

They then went ahead and charged me for another month because I hadn't notified them - despite no option to leave vm, and despite previous email stating exactly that info. Too lazy to walk a couple hundred yards to ascertain that for themselves I guess. Or too greedy. Rude response to inquiry about why I was charged another month. However, the guy attending the customer desk is rude and frustrated with the job. I can understand it to a certain extent that if you are stuck in job that you don't like that you can act out sometimes but its not okay to act out on paid customers and being rude. I ask for a L key to open my bike front wheel for storing and the guy got so pissed that he threw all tools on the table and started cursing. His argument was that it was closing time ( it was about 10 mins to closing time) and he was frustrated with this job. This guy needs a long vacation or the place needs a change of staff.
