We told the guy while he was here and he said we would need to talk to the boss. The boss didn't want to hear it. He kept saying "we don't scratch windows." They also said they had just come from a construction site. He got on the phone with my husband and was very belligerent. After he calmed down, he said he would come look at the windows on a sunny day. He has yet to come look at the windows. I have texted his number several times and have gotten no response. He is not very professional in my opinion. I don't know how you can say you don't scratch windows when there is a first time for everything and you had just come from a construction site and your tools were probably dirty.
