Went in today for my first appointment at this office. Definitely the best experience I've had at a dentist. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My cleaning was painless! Dr. Naler also took the time to explain his thought process and decision making for everything he decided to do. As someone who has been to dentists who make decisions without telling me 'why' or even 'what' they're wanting to do, knowing these things is highly valuable to me. Would highly recommend. I had orthodontic treatment as an adult and previously had no gaps or spacing issues between my teeth. I went to this office for what should have been routine cavity fillings. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, I was left with a noticeable gap between my teeth that did not exist before. Since the procedure, I cannot drink through a straw on that side, cold water causes significant sensitivity, and the area is in constant discomfort. I returned to the office hoping the issue would be corrected, but the dentist declined to take responsibility I understand that complications can happen, but what matters most is how they are handled. I left feeling dismissed and disappointed that my concerns were not addressed or resolved. I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before receiving dental work here. read more

I have been going to Dr. Naler since he first opened his practice. I can't say enough good things about him. He and his staff are always friendly, kind, and go out of there way to see that I have a good experience with minimal to no pain. Every single person I've come into contact with from this office has been exceptional--from the scheduler, to the clinical staff. I had a filling replacement and a crown done here, along with routine cleanings. Shelly, Andrea, Maria, Adam Naler, D.D.S, and Coleton Caldwell, D.D.S. treated me with friendliness, warmth, and compassion, all while being very skilled and professional. Each person is a rock star at what they do. Coleton Caldwell noticed some glue still on my teeth from having braces long ago, which he removed. To me, that says that he was more observant than several other dentists that I've visited elsewhere before him. My teeth immediately felt smoother - something that even I didn't realize until he fixed it. That may sound like a small thing, but at this office, it's a million little things that add up to one really great practice. You won't go wrong choosing this place. read more

This is a wonderful team of people who really care for their patients and worked hard to give great care. I have visited this dentist for a couple of years and never been unhappy or dissatisfied with him or his staff. They are friendly but professional and do not try to get me to do treatments that are unnecessary such as other dentists I've seen. Dr. Naler and his office staff deserve less than one star. Dr. Naler is listed as an authorized provider for military families. Within the first 5 minutes of my children's visits he griped about how he would "not get paid diddly squat for this visit" I thanked him for taking our ins and seeing us and he said "you know why it's hard to find a provider, because the military doesn't pay me what they should, I do everything the same and get paid nothing". If you are unhappy with reimbursement, remove yourself from the list, don't take it out on the families you claim to serve. Then when I had to cxl my children's appointments due to having a veteran in crisis at work (local VA) the office charged me a $450 no show fee!! Despite me calling to cxl, despite me referencing the cancellation agreement stating $35 no show fee, the office stated, "we had the afternoon blocked for your family and could not fill the appointment slots". So my first missed appointment WITH a phone call costed me $450 when I was not negligent or forgetful, but helping a veteran through a mental health crisis. I want all families seeking a dental provider to be aware of the unprofessional, disrespectful, fraudulent practices taking place at this office. read more

This dentist and his staff are outstanding. I wish had had found Dr. Naler when I first moved to Ft. Leavenworth.

When I received my dental benefits card in the mail, I made an appointment and went in for a cleaning and exam. I had not been to the dentist in years because I could not afford it. I was told when I was there, that I did not owe anything because my new dental insurance would take care of it. My husband went in a few days later and was told the same thing. Unfortunately, I didn't know that the card came before benefits were in effect. The issue date of the card did not reflect the date that benefits started. This dentist office did not confirm coverage before the work. We were not aware that we weren't covered. When we discovered the mistake, we asked if they would please offer us the discount the insurance would have allowed and let us pay what insurance would have paid. They refused. A HUGE dental bill was not in my budget and I finally had to get a credit card to pay the bill. By the time I had done that and finally paid the balance, they charged me an extra $119.00 collection fee. The dentist seemed nice but the office staff refused to work with us and take responsibility for their mistake. read more
