The owner and her adult daughters frequently bicker in the lobby. The owner and others gossip about other parents. My most recent time, my daughter had to use the restroom. When I took her back there, there was no toilet paper, soap, or paper towels. A male teenager up front said that they are going through it too fast so they won't be providing it and the owner gave me a toilet paper roll to bring back there but then said I had to bring it back. I then had to take my kid out to the car to use hand sanitizer. LOL. It's so sad, it's comical. I would use caution when deciding on this place.

I offered to go get a copy and they refused it. Dr. Young examined me and failed to properly diagnose me. Dr. Young said my eyes were without astigmatism. I've had astigmatism my entire life. That doesn't go away. The brand of contacts that she prescribed was not my usual brand. She wrongly stated that the brand I used wasn't being made/sold anymore. I literally found the brand online still for sale. I tried the sample contacts and when I told them they made me feel dizzy they said give it a day. I was so sick after three days of giving it time, I rescheduled. The second exam didn't turn out any better. She had to ask her staff how to use the machines. She didn't get the prescription right again I found out. I realized it was still wrong when I couldn't see at all out of my left eye. My glasses were also wrong and had to be sent back. I got them back and the lenses fell out within days. I had her just renew my old prescription as I now had to save to go to a new eye doctor. I don't know if she's had a stroke, can't see well herself or is plain incompetent but her license should definitely be suspended until it can be determined why she couldn't use the machines or read the diagnosis on the eye machine or if she was simply acting out of malice.
