Ummmm, no. This is a very expensive purse and definitely not the welcoming I expected upon entering a nice retail store in South Reno. I totally get theft and understand the deterrent local business owners need to prevent theft however customer service should still be intact. Referral and return business is so important, especially for local business owners in this small (big) growing city. I would suggest proper training, maybe more security or a camera system. The customer should not feel like a suspect while shopping...definitely a huge turn off while here today.
