I dropped off my son's uniform pants for alterations and was informed that they would be ready within a week. This was on the 26th of September. Nearly two weeks later with no phone call, I arrived to pick up his pants on the 9th. This was after calling Ada's and confirming that they would be ready, which they said they would be. My son's pants were not ready. In fact, I patiently waited for about 10 minutes while the staff looked in the back. It was then, a woman in the front informed me that that they wouldn't be ready until the following Monday. She stated that the woman in charge of alterations took time off, hence the delay. Despite my frustration, I waited until Monday the 13th and arrived once again that day only to be informed his pants were not there and that I should come back the next day. I came back and waited nearly 30 minutes while they searched for my son's pants. I'll spare the details as there were so many questions confirming color and what not. I ended up leaving, requesting for a call once his pants were found with which they agreed. They called me 3 minutes after leaving to let me know they were finally found. I asked for a refund of at least half the price I had already paid. I was told I could only get $10 off the next visit. I DO NOT recommend this business. They're completely unorganized, lack communication and professionalism. read more

Got told one thing by someone there for a price and had to pay almost triple the amount that was told to me...... atleast he gave me a discount but still! Way more money than I thought...... Probably why I never go to the dry cleaners. read more

I have used this cleaners for more than a decade. I have always received great service from them. I have used them for alterations, uniform cleaning, coats, and formal dresses. Everything is always perfect. read more

I took 4 pairs of pants and 5 shirts to the Lake Jackson location I told them light starch. When I picked them up I was able to stand my pants up by themselves there was so much starch on them. There was also a stain right on the ass of 1 pair of pants. There were holes stapled into every one of my shirts from the tags they put on the clothing to keep track of it. I know this review won't hurt their business any but it's more of a beware kinda post. read more

Brought in two pairs of pants to be altered, and I was told that they would be ready in a week. Showed up when they said they would be done, not done yet because the lady who did the alterations broke her needle, said they would be ready the next day. Next day they still weren't ready, I even stopped by several times during the week and still nothing. A week and a half after the date they said they would be done they finally found them on the rack. I have spent an accumulative hour and a half in this store while they looked trying to find my pants. Horrible customer service thats for sure. They refused to give me a discount on this purchase or future purchases, in fact they said if I wanted my money back I would have to call the lady who did the alterations in Houston and work it out with her. Dropped off 2 work uniform shirts, and 1 pair uniform pants, the pants needed belt loop sewn back on, I dropped all3 items off and told them I needed them back today, which is Wednesday March 2,2016. I stopped in yesterday and checked on them, one clerk said to check back today around 2pm. I went back today at 2:30 pants still in Houston, and supposedly the lady that does the alterations wasn't answering the phone. I told her that when I dropped off my uniforms, that I needed them by Wednesday evening, cause I needed them for work on Thursday. I paid $21 for service, and not even offered a discount for not having my uniform pants. Not very good business, will not use them again, nor recommend them to anyone. 4 hours later.The owner did me right, he went out of his way to keep me as a customer,he drove to Houston, where the sewing lady was, and he got my pants, and brought them to me. Also told me my next dry cleaning was on them. I appreciate them for going out of their way, to keep a customer. I will consider using them again. I will now give them 4 stars. read more

Worst dry cleaners ever! Shrunk my drapes by about 3 inches. The lining is hanging out of the bottom of the drapes. AND the sides would not hang right but flip backwards. I took a picture and showed them how the drapes look hanging and they won't even reimburse me what they charged me to ruin them! Plus the sales clerk was rude! Stay away! read more
