Once Dan understood my situational needs, he said he had a solution that would automate my process. I will still need to input the raw data but then it will automatically create and give me finished iterations of my titles. I was skeptical but thought it certainly cannot hurt to see what he could do. That was three years ago. If I add up all the time his solution has saved me, add a dollar figure to it (how much is your time worth?) this software is priceless to me because... I believe the biggest benefit is because this software solution saves me time actually having to work on fulfillment, it gives me that time I would not have had otherwise to spend with my children. We came to a meeting of the minds regarding price and timeframes to have the work completed. The company did not have a new client questionnaire, so I actually created a 32 question questionnaire to help me be clear about what I needed. I provided high quality photographs for the site. I provided 7 pages of data with headings for each page. I paid a $600- deposit. I specifically explained that I worked a lot of hours at my job and needed a web design company that could work independently and provide me with pages that I could approve or tweak through-out the process. Per our written contract, the site was to be completed in 8 days. Six months has elapsed and I have only had ONE page of the site completed. I have only had one 'skype' appointment with the web designer. I reached out to the company with a friendly tone and assumed that their business had really grown and that my project had gotten lost in the shuffle. No worries, simply refund my deposit and I will build my own web site. I was not looking to re-kindle the business relationship. My project was not a priority, so I need to move on. The owner called promptly and offered to get the project completed in 3 business days. I declined the offer and simply asked for a refund. He said he would process the refund a month ago. Still no refund. I have followed up twice with no response. This is a shabby way to do business. I kept up my end of the bargain, I paid my deposit, I provided more than was required to get my site working. I am again asking for my refund. It isn't the money, it is the principle. Small claims court is my next course of action. I cannot recommend that anyone do business with this company. Pierre Yancy is not an man of his word. He is very quick to take your money, but there is no follow-up or commitment to providing good customer service.

During this time, this "tech" said that my wife needed to get an external video card, then showed her a GT 1030 on Amazon. When I got home, I removed the graphics card in her computer, and put it in mine, it worked fine. She texted him, and told her that there was no way I was able to do this, as the video card is soldered in. I looked at the picture she sent me, and it looks like this tech was "testing" off of the onboard video card, and he pointed to the back of the computer where a graphics card would go. Somehow in the hour that the tech said he looked at her computer, he somehow didn't look at the entire glass side of the computer and didn't see there is already a GTX 4070 graphics card in there. As she was asking more questions he sent back, "I can see that your looking for a way out / to not to have to pay for my x1 hour service call x2 Comments... I don't care who you would have called / no one would cary every possible video card to be compatible with every PC. 2nd / At this point 1 am simply going to 'wave' my x1 hour minimum fee, so you can find somebody else to troubleshoot the problem... Good luck and hope you find a solution to your PC's video problems..." I've not had a service person be so rude, after not even trying to do their job. There is a difference between looking not pay for something and getting what you pay for. I ended up taking my wife's computer elsewhere. They were able to diagnose that the motherboard was bad, replaced it, and everything was working by the next day. I will not ever be bringing my computer to this company, and letting anyone I know, not to do business here.
