Recruiter vs Agent…read more It was the first time in 20 years that I needed to find a new job, I figured I could just overcome the odds by sheer tenacity and indomitable grit. Months has gone by using this methodology which turned my hopeful expectations to monotonous disillusionment. The worst part of the whole experience was feeling alone in my delima. During this period of time I enlisted the aid of several recruiter companies to assist me in finding something adequate. My expectations for these type of services was the same expectations I would have from the guy behind the counter at Starbucks. It is because of this status quo of this generic consumer orientated approach to most services out there that the experience I had with Riverpoint stands out so much. The best way to summarize my experience is feeling like I had Jerry Maguire representing me. Recently Dan Moberly help me find a new place of employment that is far better than what I could have managed on my own. The very least I can do is express my gratitude by posting my experience with them on my social media sites and hope other people looking for representation in the job market contact them. Thanks to her, I was able to land my current job that pays me DOUBLE my previous salary! Recruiters and hiring managers raved about my resume and some of them even said it was the best they'd seen in a very long time. I was able to land a new job in five weeks thanks to her resume writing skills, which is shocking considering that I'd struggled for over eight months to get a second interview with the resume I'd written before. Now that I've been at my current job for a year and a half, I decided to hire her again to update my resume. She also gave me some really helpful advice on how to tweak my resume in the future when applying for different jobs. I highly recommend hiring Andrea if you want to work with a professional who knows what she is doing.

She took time to get to know me, my previous job history and what I was looking for in a new career. She was also very kind in educating me on how resumes have changed overtime and what employers are really looking for in resumes. She also showed me how I could update my resume in small ways to make sure it would be tailored fit for each job I applied for! I could have never done this without her and her expertise! I had personally requested a different representative because this lady Laura was very unprofessional. HR reps should NOT be lying about their clients in order to make themselves look like a victim. Shame on you Laura. I also sent in an email requesting information about my FSA account and asked to change it. I was told by Jennifer that I can't change it. I then responded asking for "WHEN CAN I?" and Jennifer just resent the same email that she sent before. Apparently they can't take the time to provide their clients with the information that they request. Pretty lazy employees who won't do their jobs. Another employee sent in an email reporting that their account was locked. Several days went by and NO RESPONSE. These jerks can't even take the time to respond to an email!!! She has consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. Laura has gone above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered thoroughly and my needs were met promptly. In my experience, the entire team has been responsive and transparent, particularly regarding my FSA account. They've clearly explained timing restrictions (which are typically regulated by federal guidelines, not company policy) and have always provided complete information when requested. Communication has always been timely and thorough in my case. When I've emailed with questions or concerns, I've received thoughtful responses within 24 hours. Every organization faces challenges, but my experience suggests the other review that was left on this company's page doesn't reflect an honest experience and rather I would expect that this person (who is hiding behind a fake picture - and likely fake name) isn't doing her own part to understand how these things actually work. You can typically glean a lot from a person's review by looking through all their other reviews. Outside of nothing but negative reviews, her only positive experience appears to be when she visits her favorite cannabis store.
